Rumors that Vishal Bharadwaj wants to cast Madhuri Dixit in 'Dedh Ishqiya', but we now hear that Arshad Warsi has confirmed that Kangna Ranaut will be acting as the female lead in 'Dedh Ishqiya'., Of course, there is no official announcement of any sort as yet, but we are not quite sure that Kangna is a right fit with her accent for a rustic role.

MADHURI's again comeback...i think her comeback in AAJA NACHLE was fine...film was good..its only yash raj people being silly asses...promoting a film with a title 'MD is coming back W*F...especially when no bollywood actresses haven't survived much after marriage...KAJOL is there...but m sorry she is not exception at all..becoz she just keep doing yrj and kjo films whereas nobody wants to sign her ...she doesn;t have a MARKET left for her...only aishawariya is there...but she too gonna fade away after her good news for sure...

for AAJA NACHLE ...they should have brought aamir or shahrukh and the film surely be a blockbuster..

theres gonna be 2 lead actresses in isqhiya 2 so it might be possible that both madhuri and kangana will be in it

Vishal Bhardwaj is super-thrilled about working with his favourite actress Madhuri Dixit. Yes, the filmmaker has zeroed in on the million-dollar smile actress for the sequel of his National Award winning film 'Ishqiya'.

The news of Madhuri to replace Vidya had been doing rounds since a long time. Bhardwaj, however, during the launch of his latest music album 'Barse Barse' confirmed Madhuri's presence in 'Ishqiya 2'.

When probed about what made him choose Madhuri over Vidya considering, latter did a commendable job in the prequel, Vishal quickly replies, "As soon as my audience will watch the film, they will realize for themselves, as why I didn't go ahead with Vidya and chose Madhuri instead."

Also, was National Award the inspiration behind the decision of making the sequel? "Definitely no, as the sequel was on my mind much before 'Ishqiya' got the National Award," concludes Vishal.
