I also think that Suhana should better join KK's business as in this way she will also get indulge in a productive work and would definately help her becoming more responsible and matured she will also understand the values of hard work and by getting the fruit of achievement she will gain a lot.

I have sacked an employee last year for misconduct, and that misconduct was that he was always on the phone or on the social web site !!! gave him 2 warnings, third time I sacked him, you might think its harsh but he was getting paid to do a job in that allocated time, which he was not. I dont know what the rules are in Ishaan,s office , but as far as I know very few company,s would allow personal calls during working hours, only during lunch breaks you are allowed. Why should I pay 8.00 an hour to a person who is not doing the job which he is hired for doing .

Regarding Suhana ,s working !!!!! she can only be her own Boss, so yes she should start going to KK ,s office. But I doubt that, Suhana is not at all ambitious or wants to have a career.

Besides, Suhana and Sanjana are the future owners of KK's business. Who will take care of KK's business after his demise in future? If Suhana and Sanjana don't take over, then who will? Therefore, it's absolutely fine if she starts shouldering her dad's responsibilities from now onwards, so that she becomes prepared for future and learns to fulfill her responsibilities when she needs to.
