I have sacked an employee last year for misconduct, and that misconduct was that he was always on the phone or on the social web site !!! gave him 2 warnings, third time I sacked him, you might think its harsh but he was getting paid to do a job in that allocated time, which he was not. I dont know what the rules are in Ishaan,s office , but as far as I know very few company,s would allow personal calls during working hours, only during lunch breaks you are allowed. Why should I pay 8.00 an hour to a person who is not doing the job which he is hired for doing .
Regarding Suhana ,s working !!!!! she can only be her own Boss, so yes she should start going to KK ,s office. But I doubt that, Suhana is not at all ambitious or wants to have a career.
