Suhana should get a job

It is obvious that she is not made for household chores then why doesn't she get a job. I mean she is educated so she bring more income home, go shopping without feeling bad about spending too much. She doesnt do anything all day. And it is not just now it has been like this all day. R and D are not her servants, even if they think of her as a sister, any sister will get mad if another one is using them. Suhana unknowingly is hurting them and taking advantage of them. If she gets a job and works outside then no one would expect her to do chores at home or feel that she is using them. I mean R does most of the work coz she is home all day. D helps her out but not much because she has a job. Suhana should either start helping R full-time or go get a job and do something with her life.

And she needs to stop worrying about becoming a good bahu or patni and getting advice from others. I mean she is innocent but not stupid she went to school has an education she should know how to balance her life. She was ready to have a baby, how would she handle a big reposnisbility like that. She couldnt expect R and D to do diaper change and feed the baby wash the baby. She is not a kid so acting like that just makes her look stupid.

It's a great idea and many of us have been wanting that for a LOOONG time. She should get a job. She should work with KK, eventually all KK's business/wealth will be Suhana's and Sanju's anyways so they might as her get her to start working with her Dad now. Working will help her to understand about responsibility/duty/ consideration and practicality. She needs to work and that's when she'll appreciate what she has. When someone starts working, you immediately get into a organised frame of mind and this is what she needs. She'll understand more about the role of a working woman/a bahu when she has to work.
I think they should definitely show this as the next step in her life.

I totally agree with you. she should work with her dad. I mean she called ishan like 50 times when he was at work and told him to fire his boss. Once she starts working she will realize the things that are important. She will become more responsible.

Yes true, one has to get on with life and one will understand when one has to do things by themselves.

45/50 calls? You know I don't believe that she actually did that!! I think Ishaan was just exaggerating. Ishaan is silly too. If he was busy with his boss, then why didn't he switch off his mobile? That's what people do! When I am with my boss, I leave my phone in my bag in my locker so that no one can disturb me.

I have sacked an employee last year for misconduct, and that misconduct was that he was always on the phone or on the social web site !!! gave him 2 warnings, third time I sacked him, you might think its harsh but he was getting paid to do a job in that allocated time, which he was not. I dont know what the rules are in Ishaan,s office , but as far as I know very few company,s would allow personal calls during working hours, only during lunch breaks you are allowed. Why should I pay 8.00 an hour to a person who is not doing the job which he is hired for doing .

Regarding Suhana ,s working !!!!! she can only be her own Boss, so yes she should start going to KK ,s office. But I doubt that, Suhana is not at all ambitious or wants to have a career.

omg seriousli..thank gawd m not ur employee ..lol..cos atm m at wok..but if suhana actuali reali does take up wokin with her dad or aniwea..there wud be onli tinny winny bit of growth or maturity in her ..not as much as people want..

It all depends on Suhana herself as Kuch bhi karne kee chah andar se honee chaheeye !!!! Agar use ghar ke samne pade hue kaam nahi deekh te hain toh JOB kya karegee ... KK use sirf Office aane ke paise deta rahega !!!! Jokes apart If she decides to work then she must give her 100 % as I agree with SheemA Di . It's not professional .

If Suhana does a job, she should do one that she is passionate about...tab uska mann tikega. (Julie, that means "then her heart will be set on it). Working at her father's office or anywhere else that she is not interested in won't do any good. She'll yell and fire her own boss. 😆

Totally depends on the kind of job aunty...If u are into call centres/ share markets/ etc etc every second counts...
But if u are into manufacturing sector as long as u meet u'r deadlines they don't care whether u are on phone/networking sites etc etc...
My boss tells me I don't care what I do how I do whether I do at home or office but my tasks should be done before the deadline..

I am one lucky soul I guess😆
