Hi guys, missed you all, I'm back with the update of today 😳

Episode starts with Sarika checking Amu properly to find out the infection. She uses her medical skills and asks for a glass and the rest start calling for doctors. Unfortunately, there is no doctor available as the traffic is jam and others are busy with other emergency operations. Meanwhile Sarika gets a flashback of what had happened to her brother.
After getting the glass, Sarika finds out that blood is passing but the rashes are stuck right there. She explains the rest of the family that Amu has a killer fever and they need to get her to the doctor as soon as possible. The family decides to take her in their car, but Sarika refuses saying it's very risky. So they call a doctor and Sarika speaks to him. She explains the symptoms and the doctor says Amu is suffering from some hypothermia (sorry not a fan of medics, so I can't recall the name properly) and he will be there with his team in half an hour. Sarika asks if she should start checking the body for any extra viruses and the doctor agrees and says quick. She tells the same to the Portar family members and asks for different things that are needed for the treatment. Every member rushes to get different things.
Suddenly, Garima starts crying since Amu has stopped breathing!
But Sarika handles the situation saying everything will be fine, do not have any negative vibes. She tells Garima to stop crying and asks everyone to leave the room immediately. (And they leave)
The Portar family comes to their mandir, and Santosh starts praying "Om Shree Shaam Hare" for Amu. Everyone has tears in their eyes. On the other hand, Sarika is doing the checking and everything she can in the room with Garima and Amu's parents. Shikha is there too, she seems tensed and looks on.
Sarika does different things like cleaning the body and hair of Amu and keeping her different positions. Shikha intervenes asking "What are you doing?" Sarika angrily replies "I am doing what a doctor should do"
Outside, the ambulance comes and everyone rushes to Amu's room. Sarika is told to leave as the doctor's team was already there. Then we see, Sarika's mum dreaming about Sarika being sick and all. She wakes up and tells her husband that Sarika is in some trouble and she wants to talk to her now.
Dadisa answers the phone and inquires what has happened. They discuss Amu's condition and dadisa keeps crying. Once again, Sarika's mother starts getting the flashback's of her son being sick and asks if Amu is 6 years old? (The same as her son was) She agrees and Sarika's mum mentions all the symptoms- relating the same to her son.
Sarika takes the phone and tells her mammo not to worry- she looks at dadisa and lies that Amu is fine, she is not unconscious and is drinking juice properly.
Doctor's comes out with his teams and tell the family, the situation is under control, and says not him but some one who gave the water therapy is the one who saved Amu. He asks who spoke to him on the phone. Dadisa says it was Sarika, she wanted to study medical but and doctor says very well done and asks if she is studying further. Sarika cuts him down saying "Can we meet Amu?" Doctor says yes of course, she is totally out of danger now.
The family rushes to Amu's room. Garima sits there and calls out "Amu Amu". Hesitantly, Amu opens her eyes. She asks what the family was doing in her room. Garima wipes her tears saying nothing. She is very delighted and so is the entire family.
While the rest are happy, Sarika gets flashback of the funeral of her brother, who died due to the same disease that Amu has. She has tears in her eyes.
