First of all, I hope their separation is only because of Geet not being able to find Maan at first and won't continue after she finds him in the hospital. What we know from the promo and the now confirmed by StarOne article, is that Maan remembers only Geet's name and nothing else so why would she not tell him who she is? So I imagine that when he is being tortured by goons he is thinking of her with so much focus and worry and concentration that that is the only thing that remains with him after the attack.

Now coming to after, I think Geet will at first be mad at him for being late, especially because they had the tiff about her working but will slowly get more and more worried. She searches frantically for him, with Adi, if he has found them by now, but to no avail. After a few days she goes back to teaching but you can tell her heart is not in it...one of the parents ask her what is wrong and she says, her husband has not come back blah blah, the lady makes some dumb remark about how all men are like this, which hurts Geet but she doesn't really believe it. Tells herself that Maan could never do that! Then the same parent comes running back later and tells her that there is a man in the nearby nursing home who was admitted the same night Maan disappeared who does not remember anything! Geet rushes there.

In the mean time Maan wakes up from coma saying Geet's name and the doctors are helpless because they don't know who he is and he can't remember. After this he keeps having Geet-dreams and wonders why that name unsettles him so much.

Geet reaches the nursing home and sees Maan sleeping through the glass, expression of immense relief, but worried about why he is in hospital. The doctor comes up behind her and asks, excitedly, do you know this man? She says, yes, this is my husband, MSK. Then doctor tells her about memory loss as seen in promo and she is crushed. (I am only now answering your post, actually, but all this build up was fun!). He tells her to go meet him, but to be careful as he is still sensitive and has a short temper (Geet can't help a small smile here). She goes in and calls his name, he looks up, no recognition and asks who she is. She says, "Geet". All his dreams, visions flash in front of him but he some how can't piece it together. But he trusts her and goes home with her. Doctor tells Geet not to try to tell him anything but to try and trigger his memory. She does everything in her power, and a cute relationship builds with him depending on her completely, but nothing works decides she has to take him back to KM at risk of Pammi's wrath (who may or may not think Maan is dead). At KM Pammi finds out they are there and tries to attack Geet, Maan sees from behind and memory comes back, all Maneet scenes, bankruptcy scenes flash! He gets all angry, of course its raining so he scatters water droplets everywhere as he screams, "GEET" and then saves Geet in a totally heroic way!

Sorry this is so long, I got kind of carried away😆. I have more ideas on what is going in with Pammi-Dev but I restricted it to Maneet for now to at least try and stay a little relevant to your original post!

Thank you so much for your feedback on my posts. I am glad some one reads and relates to them. I was getting a lot of responses at first but not so many last week, I guess because of all the rumours etc. It was really funny to see all those people making posts encouraging people to discuss, but not discussing any of the posts about the show that were there!

As for making the prediction, it was so much fun, so thank you for giving me the idea by making your original post. I guess I am one of the few people who would prefer if Maan remembers only Geet rather than everything but her. This would make the memory-loss track different from other shows for me. I don't really want Geet to go back to being his secretary because it will sort of be a repeat of what we have already seen, but won't be as good the second time around. I would prefer a totally new scenario. But that is just my opinion and I am excited to see where CVs choose to take it as we all have differing ideas and opinions.

In my ideal scenario, which I described, there will be lots of cute, awkward moments where Geet tries her typical shararati and he just doesn't get it and looks irritated (suggestive of earlier days), and other moments when he catches himself staring at her (with that characteristic Maan-in-love look that only GC can do, swoon), also, Maan getting angry that he can't remember and Geet soothing him etc. Geet will, at first try to trigger his memory with food (love for pasta, hate for milk) and other stuff at home but when this doesn't work she will try increasingly dangerous things like taking him to more familiar places, going to the hospital to see Daadi, meeting Dev, Adi, and finally sneaking into KC and KM. This will be extremely suspenseful because Pammi will keep almost catching them, but Maan won't know they are in danger! So Geet has more responsibility in protecting Maan😃

Zahra and Samana, loved ur ideas!! 😊 I think in all this memory loss discussion, we forgot about one thing that has connected Maneet in every way. The Taveez. 😳 Maybe Maan remembering Geet's name and a feeling of belongingness is due to the Taveez. 😃
