PRATS GETS WAKE UP CALL FROM FAMILY MEMBERS
Prats's lips are zipped when Shamu wants to know if Krishna has attempted to contact Prats recently, so Arusi spills the beans. Prats not answering Shamu Papa? Now that's a first! Arusi concedes "Krishna has tried many times to pacify her but she's been stubborn" as a mule. Didn't we tell ya Prats is stubborn? "Forget about talking to him she doesn't even let him stand in front of her". Prats tells Arusi to stop discussing the subject i.e. Krishna bec' doesn't like to talk about it. And this is the very man she claims to love. Go figure! Well Prats, take your time and reflect, you'd understand how Krishna and Takurs don't like to discuss certain subjects but did you spare them the baashan? Nahi na. Just see this as your turn to be on the listening end of it. Arusi reminds Prats she doesn't like to stay away from Krishna either and demands to know what she is waiting for? Her chariot with Krishna as charioteer while she bosses him around. "He has asked for forgiveness not once but many times. What do you want him to do that you'll believe how much he loves you". Good question Arusi. We've been asking the same one since she rejected his plea for forgiveness. Now let's see what Know-it-all Krishbau has to say in response. Nada! Prats liked to be reminded that Krishna still loves her in that smile she was trying hard to suppress. Instead we hear is Dadi saying "day's done matter's gone" a miunderstanding that's over now. Ain't that the truth! Grudges and score cards are surefire way to tank a marriage. Dadi tells her "Stop this childish behavior and go take care of your husband and home. My biggest fear is that Krishna doesn't do something crazy just to convince you. I pray that all izz well." Daadi's words always strike a little fear in Prats's mind and she never talks back at her. Prats loves him so much that she's still home watching the unfolding diraama on TV and flatly denies to go and see him.
KRISHNA SURVEYS SITE FOR GLOBAL ATTENTION
Krishna arrives at the site to meet Chandu his friend and assistant. Krishna's only question is if this location will gather the locals in case there is an event there. Chandu wants to know if a minister is about to arrive and assures him that it's a central intersection with plenty of traffic to many neighboring towns.
SAXES WATCH NEWS ON ANTIQUE TV FOR FIRST TIME
A neighbor sends word through his son for Shamu to tune into the breaking news that could be of interest to him. Shamu drops his newspapers and wonders if students are creating a commotion again. Shamu Papa, why such low expecations of your students? Good thing Prats didn't hear that or she'll be even more miffed that neighbors are watching Krishna's antics on TV too. Dadi is upset "this is what I was afraid of, this boy will do anything for you". Arey Dadi usko damadh or Krishna bolbo na? Everyone knows it but Prats doesn't care a hoot about it. Seriously, does Prats need to be reminded of how crazy and how far he went just to marry her?đ€
KRISHNA OPTS FOR WATER TANK OVER THINK TANK
The concerned locals shout out to Krishna to get off the water tank. Ain't that the beauty of the human spirit. They see a total stranger about to throw himself off a water tank to get his wife's forgiveness and they are care for his well being.
KRISHNA SINGH GOES FOR A GLOBAL CONFESSION ON TV
Krishna on a live-telecast admits he wants to earn his Prats's love again. He is asking for her forgiveness and would rather give up his life than live without Prats. Everyone acknowledges his love for Prats except her. He admits he tried everything but nothing worked. Maybe this way she will accept that he wronged her and forgive him.Just then the police Inspector tells him it's "gair-kanooni" and tell Krishna to get down or get arrested. Oh man! There we go again! One of Prats's favorite words. Even the police officer is speaking in Prats's language, there's no escaping it. Krishna tells him to go get his Prats there instead. What did he think, the local inspector was running a person taxi service for the young Takur?đ There goes the man-cub again with his brattish behavior. "I'm not a mad man."Once my wife comes here and forgives me and asks me to come down I'll do it immediately".My married life is in danger, don't' teach me the law, just do what I ask you to do. If you can't do it, then just pray my wife comes and gets me down from here".
SAXES TALK SENSE INTO ZIDDI PRATS
Shamu who was praising Krishna two days ago is now worried. "Don't know why this guy does such things" He urges Prats to stop wasting time watching him on TV to go stop him before Krishna does something dumb. Finally someone notices they are standing there watching him busting his vocal chords on TV? Krishna is back to his old ziddi ways of getting Prats to do as he wants and Prats matches him step for step with her trademarked words "Nahi, hum kahin nahi jayenge"đ€Ș, his taur-tarika is not acceptableđ. She is getting on Naina's nerves too. "He does what he wants to get his way? I wont' go. Prats sounds like she's in the midst of pretend-playing miya-biwi. Daadi brings her to earth "He will only do what he knows and understands na, This is not the time to be stubborn. Go quickly now or the crazy fella could do just about anything". Prats pulls out another one of her favorite trademark phrases "lekin ye galat hai". Arusi tells her to save her sahi-galat judgments laterâïžđđŒ, but to go right away. Arusi gets a Lallantop Line award todayđ. Today the Saxes were sensible but not Prats. Did some of the nirbuddhi rub off on her living with the Takurain? Prats is back to tossing her favorite phrases even as Krishna is back to engaging in his pre-marriage antics. It's her husband who's up there and she questions her need to go there even knowing his crazy persona when it comes to getting her attention? Did she think she was watching a staged reality show? Why postpone the inevitable? She knows he is ziddi enough and her chances of having it her way this time is zilcho.
TAKURS MAIDEN WATCH OF KRISHNA LIVE ON CHAPTA TV
Ganga tells SS she's got any problems even as her tormentor troubemaking Takurain has her dagger eyes trained on her. Takurain and Prats both like to show their power and disapproval with their stares don't they? Just then Piasiya comes running after a visit with the neighbors to inform the family that Krishna was on top of the city's largest PAANI-TANKI asking for Prats's forgiveness in front of all of Allahabad gathered there to watch the tamaasha. SS is mightly thrilled that Krishna is on TV. Will Krishna get a TV offer to host a TV reality show after his live event brings in ratings and now that his Dhaba is no longer around. The Takur clan moves to Komal's room. Komal doesn't watch to change channels as she's busy watching her drama. Oy, Kindle Komallya, can't you tell the difference between "just dance" and diraama? She's become a TV junkie. Did anyone notice KN's expression seeing Vibhavi Merchant on TV? đČ SS scolds nirbuddhi jr. to switch channels immediately. The whole family watches Krishna on the water tank. Nir buddhi watches all her handiwork going down the drain.
MEDIA BOMBARDS PRATS WITH QUESTIONS
Krishna yells to the police "won't come down so easily, nothing's gonna change until my wife comes here and I'll only listen to her. Now there's another track waiting to put down roots. Who in the room is going to challenge him to not listen to his wife again? The camera zoomed to SS when he said this. So is it SS's turn to trip him up again? "It's a test of love. A trial of trust and faith. My wife will come and tell me if I've passed or phailed. I made a mistake and tormented my wife so she has to forgive me what can the police do? The pareshaan Saxes arrive. Krishna is pleased to see Prats and introduces her to the crowdđ€Ł as Prats continues to stare at him probably wondering "what was I thinking marrying that whacko guy up there?"đ Shamu panics "Krishna come down we'll go home and talk". Shamu he tried that at your home in your presence and Prats was too busy feeding her ego to sort this out. Krishna makes it clear to Shamu and Naina he's not coming down without a decision, not until his SARKAR BABU forgives himđ. Krishna get ready to hear Prats say "tumne humare parivaar ko pareshaan kar diya aur hamre shaadi shuda zindagi ko mazaak bana diya". (you worried my family, and made a mockery of our marriage).
Chandu implores Prats to do whatever it takes for she is the only one who can stop him. Yet another person to boost that already bloated egođ. The media bombards Prats with a barrage of questions. Krishna smiles in the direction of Sarkar Babu coming towards him but Prats is staring daggers at him, her nostrils flaring in anger. At that distance did she really think he's got telescopic eyes to see it?
In today's episode we are all set to see...
Prats telling Krishna "You'll never understand the meaning of love and faith". She turns her back on Krishna and marches away. He desperately rushes behind her "I know I am a rude, illiterate, and I don't understand the meaning of love and faith. I don't' know what I'm saying but I know you are my breath of my life, my hope, my pride and Krishna Singh's honor. Prats freezes on the spot. Krishna has finally figured out the password, the magic word that willl finally crack the code to this stalemate between them. IT's SAMAANđ. Prats so wants to be right about everything. But what she needs first is to store up on humility. A strong smart woman will be open to suggestions and advice when she is veering off track and accept that as something important she needs to learn. And Prats has much to learn about life and in particular about marriage. As the saying goes "one has only a fistful of knowledge compared to the vast universe of knowledge out there". It takes courage to admit one's shortcomings and challenges and be willing to grow. Amazing that at 22+ she seems to think she knows it all.
Love means forgiveness without having to ask for it. It's not about making one's partner jump through hoops to feed one's ego be it a man or woman. There must be some kind of emotional satisfaction for Prats wanting to make Krishna ask for forgiveness again and again. When two people get married they agree to take the better and worse moments in stride and work through it together. If she was sure Krishna has crossed the limits of her tolerance why didn't she sit down with him and talk through it. If she is going to go back to him why waste time dodging the inevitable? How does punishing him for weeks solve the situation? Why not admit she needs more reflect before she can deal with him. She's always been slow to process but admitting that would mean she has no answers yet. Between the two of them Krishna knows a little more than she does about love... he doesn't let pride stand in the way of admitting to his mistakes. That's a big deal coming from a man and a proud Takur at that.
