Ash did give considerable hits, which is why she could stay in the industry for so long. Katrina did give a lot of hits, but if you really have to measure her presence in her films, most would be supporting roles or cameo roles (like last year's Raajneeti or Tees Maar Khan).

AND, she has delivered some outstanding performances. Won three Filmfare best actress awards which Katrina couldn't.

Also, yes, after the Sallu episode, SRK chucked her out of all of his 5 films. He apologized later. But I think it was her decision to not work with Salman. Dunno where the rest of the Khans or the industry came from.

But it's true after the Chalte Chalte incident, most of the people were wary of casting her in their movies because they feared Salman would stall the shoots just like he disrupted the rest of her films. I guess that's why her brother had to produce films for her.

@kattyluv: salman has not been chasing Katrina to work with her she recommended him. Also, since Salman has said Katrina is his Khan-Daan and he supports her why would their be any backlas. Also they are together and loyal to one another.

I'm just waiting for either the Kat or Ash fans to say 'Aakramad!'
