All I can think is that Pammi has s sharp brain than Dev or Adi. They are looking for Maneet at every place such as friends and relatives, without even realizing the proud Maan will not go to anyone seeking for help. On the other hand pammi would have realized that Maan was working hard on the new project with bhatia (which Adi disclosed to Dev & gave the file to Dev to attend meeting), so she abviously cunning reached the cunning Bhatia brother and promised a deal with him. Least he knew that she is in the verge of selling the entire KC.
