Part 2

It was the person whom he didn't want to see. He hated the fact that now he had to welcome that person home.

"Hey Sid! Won't you call us inside?" asked Yuvi

"Ohh sorry. Please come in"

"You suddenly left from there so thought of coming and meeting you. When I was leaving, Armaan said he'll come with me to meet you so I brought him along with me" said Yuvi

Sid was not able to understand why Armaan had come. What else did he need from him? He gave him all what he had or thought he had. He snapped out of his thoughts and shifted his gaze saying "I told you I had some work Yuvi"

"Sid I actually wanted to know if you're fine" said Armaan who seemed to be a little upset.

Sid plainly replied "I'm absolutely fine. Do you find something wrong in me?"

Armaan was slightly taken aback by the way he replied but Yuvi wasn't shocked. He knew Sid and understood what he felt at the moment. He could understand the pain he felt as even he was in the slightly similar position. Actually Sid was in a worst situation. His wife left him after marrying him twice for her ex.

"Ermm.. No. I just wanted to check out. Err.. She asked me to. She was worried" Armaan said with a little reluctance.

She saw him smiling at her. She thought he was happy to see her unite with Armaan. She thought this wouldn't hurt him. But then she saw him leave suddenly. She was worried actually afraid that he would meet with an accident again and she would be the reason for it. She wanted to go and stop him talk to him but she couldn't. People around her were very happy. No one noticed that he left except her.

"Armaan" whispered Riddhima

"Basket! I'm very very happy that we have finally met and much more happier that you proposed me" Armaan responded enthusiastically.

"Even I'm very happy that all this happened. Would you mind doing me a favor?"

"I'm always at your service darling"

"Can you please check out if Sid is fine? Please?" asked Riddhima doubtfully

Armaan paused for a second. "Why? What happened to him? He is perfectly fine right?"

"I just saw him going away from this place in a hurry so..."

"There's no need to worry. I'm telling you he's absolutely fine. He was very happy when he decided to leave you for me."

Riddhima was not ready to accept the fact that Sid was fine and happy without her. "Armaan! He loved me! You know how difficult it is to leave your loved one? You got what you wa..." and paused.

Armaan's face dropped suddenly and he left saying he'll check on Sid. Riddhima didn't understand why she was feeling so bad for Sid. He assured her he would be fine but why?

Sid was not able to understand how to react. To feel happy that she cared for him or sad for the same. Though he was determined to forget and move on, somewhere deep inside he still had a soft corner for her. But then thinking about her NOW was wrong. She belonged to someone else.

"I'm fine. There's no need for anyone to worry about me" Sid replied

Armaan felt happy that he got the answer he wanted and left the place after few minutes. Yuvi would not leave Sid alone and sat beside him with his hand on Sid's shoulder.

"Look Sid.. I know what you are thinking at the moment. It's really hard to forget the one whom you loved. But this is life and it shouldn't end with this. I hope you understand and move on. I'm sorry to say this but I have to tell you she didn't deserve you."

Sid looked at Yuvi without any expressions. He just nodded and said "Thanks Yuvi for being there. I'm leaving this city forever."

"Why? Where? When?" asked a shocked Yuvi

"Now"

Yuvi couldn't say anything. Sid promised to stay in contact with him but at the same time asked him to keep his whereabouts a secret.

Sid left Mumbai that day. There was no turning back now. Nobody would stop him and there was no reason for him to stay back. He left all his past memories and sorrows in Mumbai and headed for a new start. A new beginning. He landed in Hyderabad - The city of Pearls..
