Debutant Upen Patel is the flavor of Bollywood with the release of 36 China Town. While the PYTs (pretty young things) have been drooling over his debonair & style icon looks, the male population has been going gaga over his well chiseled physique.

And the person to bear the burnt of Upen's rising popularity is Dr. Neeraj Dubey. He has been spending sleepless nights ever since the release of 36 China Town.

Upen Patel who plays the role of a stylish Casanova, Rocky, in the film gives his number 9820420420 to the eve populace, which in real life belongs to Dr. Neeraj Dubey. Neeraj Dubey has since been inundated with 1000 calls from either the girls begging for a date or the guys asking for tips on his well-chiseled physique, besides the innumerable lovey dovey messages from the PYTs.

Dr. Neeraj is so traumatized that he wants to send a legal notice to production house Mukta Arts demanding an apology & compensation.

But seemingly unperturbed Subhash Ghai has said that they always have a disclaimer before the film, so sending a legal notice does not stand. Allegedly he also joked that the incident only goes to show how popular Upen Patel has become and seeing his popularity might just sign him for 10 more films!!
