36 China Town opens GREAT-collections!

After 'Malamaal Weekly', '36 China Town' is another movie this year that has enjoyed a superb opening at the box office inspite of unanimously scathing reviews, especially in Mumbai press.

As per the official press release by the makers of film, this comic thriller by Abbas Mustan has notched up as much as Rs. 7,05,00,000 [approx. 7 crores]. To top it all, these figures just depict the WEEKEND COLLECTIONS and NOT even an entire week.

Having set the box office ablaze, 36 China Town is a much relieving success for Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor. Meanwhile dependable actors like Akshaye Khanna, Paresh Rawal and Johney Lever have ensured that they make their presence felt in each of their outings, as always!
