I agree, maybe Shyam does know Lav and Arnav, he is related to Arnav somehow but maybe he doesn't like to be involved with his family. Khushi's parents don't like him staying at Bua's place, even I don't think it is appropriate since there are two young girls and Shyam is hitting on Khushi. They really have no privacy in their home now.

Could he be Arnav's chacaji's son?

Kuch toh hai... He did make an interesting face when khushi mentioned lavanya and that she works in the main office. Maybe he as a connection with Arnav, but i doubt he is anjali's husband. And He also got into khushi's house by impressing buaji. I have a feeling Shyam is a creeper. I also have a feeling that payal will fall for him, i hope not i want her with akash

agree with ya. this is my strategy that shyam is anjali's husband other than that why would he give i the face expressions he gave when he heard la n asr's name like a guilty n shocked feeling at the same time. how else he can know asr since he is a big buissnessman n by asr's nature he is not even friendly so him n shyam can't really be friends or maybe him n asr share a dushmani in the past or something like first friends something happened n then enemies or family dushmani.
