Start out and shape up if you are out of shape. We give you a stylish guide to losing weight, staying fit and feeling good.

Figure It Out is a daily fitness show with a difference. It does not have the usual super fit anchors who make exercising seem like a daunting task. Instead, Anchors Rajeev Kachroo and Simmi Sakuja are both fitness experts who will put a set of four regular people through a weight loss program on camera.

The psychological change they go through, the effort, the pain, the need to keep going - the drama of it all unfolds everyday. The idea is to monitor the four participants carefully and give them a complete image rehaul by the time they're through with the weight loss program.

This will be combined with tips on good eating, correct breathing, correct posture, simple exercise while at work, walking right, jogging right and so on. The show is also supported with fitness tips, celeb chats and more.

The story is set in an elite school that is an institution for the kids of the rich and the famous. The school also entertains scholarship students, who come from the poorer section of the society. The story revolves around the students, their lives, their insecurities, friendships, rivalries and ambitions.

Tia, Anvesha, Yuvi and Ranveer, the four main characters, would rather have very little to do with each other. Hailing from different backgrounds, all of them seem to have their priorities worked out and prefer to follow their own path towards fulfilling their ambitions. But destiny has another trail set for them. Circumstances force them to come together and through a series of dramatic twists and turns, the four form a music group and become the singing sensation of the decade.

The story also brings into play various other elements that shape the destiny of the four protagonists and the various other students, teachers and parents who form a bond with this elitist school. Touching upon the socio-economic divide, peer pressure, teenage dilemmas and other growing-up pangs, the show attempts to empathize with the adolescent in his quest for freedom.

What happens when a middle-class dreamer is suddenly mistaken by one of the richest families in the country to be their own son? And imagine the real successor of the family being forced to live in middle-class surroundings, owing to a loss of memory. This is the basic premise that the story of "Yehi Toh Hai Woh!" is based on.

Sameer Kamath, young man who works as a waiter in a small highway restaurant in Panvel has always dreamed of living life king-size. However, owing to circumstantial constraints and his own flirtatious personality, his dreams have always remained dreams Sameer lives with his mother Bhavna and younger sister Manju, and has a father Babu Kamath who is languishing in jail owing to his criminal deeds.

One day Sameer witnesses a road accident of a stranger who looks exactly like him. The injured look-alike is in fact Raj Thapar, the son of the super-rich Jaydev Thapar. However, owing to the accident, Raj loses his memory. Sameer tracks down Raj's house in the posh South Mumbai just so that he can return Raj's belongings that remained with him at the accident site. But he is instantly mistaken by one and all to be Raj himself.

At first Sameer tries to tell them the fact that he is not Raj, but slowly realising the high life that he is being offered, he decides to keep quiet and enjoy it while it lasts. Another reason for his playing along is that he is terribly, horribly attracted to Raj's pretty fiance Neha.

Meanwhile, Bhavna and friends have got the amnesic Raj to her house, mistaking him to be Sameer. All in the neighbourhood start to help Raj get back his lost memory in their own funny-yet-sincere ways. However, since Raj has actually never been there before, nothing really helps him.

At Thapar Villa, Sameer's middle-class upbringing and street-smart personality makes it difficult for him to blend in to the elite, refined surroundings. And unknown to him, he has enemies within his close circle - like Neha herself, who in fact had been planted in Raj's life by Raj's stepbrother Pran. But Sameer does hold on to his new life, and overcomes the obstacles slowly, with a little help from here and there.

As time goes by, Neha actually starts to fall in love with Sameer, causing great anxiety and insecurity to Pran.

Several other things unfold in the lives of Sameer and Raj, and keep the story more and more intriguing. For instance, Raj realises that he has had a rather wild past with women, and that he had an affair with Leena. As if by Providence, Sandeep - the cabbie boyfriend of Sameer's sister Manju - has a chance meeting with Raj's stepsister Shahana, leading to an affair that creates a string of interesting events that dangerously touch upon exposing the exchange of the look-alikes.

Soon, Sameer's father Babu Kamath comes out of jail and he is angered by Bhavna's close friendship with Shankar. Shankar still continues to be friends with Bhavna In the meantime, Babu Kamath gets murdered throwing everyone's life on a roller coaster ride... eventually we find out that Jaidev had actually killed Babu and unearth the truth that Raj-Sameer are Babu and Bhavna's twin children who were separated at birth as Babu had sold Raj to Jaidev.

More parallel tales entwine the saga of Sameer and Raj and their double lives, making 'Yehi Toh Hai Woh!' a surefire winner with super doses of emotion, comedy and thrill.

Alternate universes, random puns, deep insights into molecular biology, and a nerve-racking knack of pulling the pants off the society we live in - these are the tools, trade and face of the show.

Fronted by a sensational ensemble cast The Great Indian Comedy Show (TGICS to those in the know) brings you a daily dose of whacked-out humour - be it with our stand-up comedians, Punjabi cowboys, dysfunctional superheroes, self-aware saas-bahu serial members, deranged surgeons, and/or derailed celebrities (real ones and cheap fakes).

All conveniently placed at 11 PM on weekdays, so that you can, at the end of a hard day's work, sit back, relax and have your lungs massaged by rolling spasms of laughter.

Yes sir, TGICS is not just a show - it's a medical mission - to cure your weeknight blues with experimental laughter therapy (that is as yet awaiting FDA approval for clinical tests on lab animals. Comedy ki comedy - progress ki progress! It's an unbeatable concept.)

So do the right thing. Commit to your civic duty. Watch The Great Indian Comedy Show and help build a healthier, happier India!

Oh, and we have a weekend special, just in case you have a social life on weeknights. Clever, huh?

Sarabhai vs Sarabhai is a sitcom set in a quintessential Malabar Hill family. Sahil, the protagonist, is a cosmetic surgeon, a guy with a golden heart who can never say 'no' and gets caught between his mom and wife. Monisha, Sahil's wife, is a middle class girl, is a 'nosey' daughter of a detective.

Sahil's father, Indravadan, is a retired director of a multinational company and is really a child at heart. He often plays Narad Muni between his 'uppity' wife and bahu. Sahil's mom, Maya, likes only the crme de la crme in every aspect of her life and her family. Her bone of contention - daughter-in-law, Monisha, who is middle class.

Roshesh, Sahil's younger brother, is a mama's boy, a wannabe actor who is waiting for his mom to find the right bride. Sonya is Sahil's sister. She is deeply into tarot.

Set in this dysfunctional family, Sarabhai vs Sarabhai is a classic comedy that brings together veterans Satish Shah and Ratna Pathak Shah with Sumeet Raghavan and Rupali Ganguli.

Hansa and Prafull are even madder, Bhavesh Kumar, hungrier, Jayashree, funnier and Babuji, angrier. The characters of Instant Khichdi are a part of a typical joint family. However, this family has one thing that makes it distinct - they are funny. They laugh and make others laugh. This does not mean that they are bumbling idiots who scream shout and scamper like nitwits to create humour. They are real people with real problems and real idiosyncrasies.

This is a funny bunch of people that is firmly united in their movement to get separated. They wanted to sell off their ancestral property and move out and form their own nuclear families. But the head of the family did not agree. He gave them the choice to walk out, but on their own steam and nobody was ready to let go of such prime property. So they stayed together and waited for Babuji to change his mind or stop breathing, whichever happened first.

They later shifted to their Mami's house as per her last wish. And that is where our upwardly mobile, middle class joint family faced its trails and tribulations in life. They now discover oil in their old property and suddenly become one of the super rich family. They live in there own illusionary world as they have no clue about the lifestyle of the super rich families.

Drama and emotions, glitz and glamour, sugar and spice, and a tad bit controversy! The key ingredients of a great Bollywood movie and now, the spirit of an hour-long chat show hosted by none other than the eloquent and charismatic Karan Johar.

What makes Koffee With Karan different from run-of-the-mill chat shows?

For one, Karan Johar is an ace filmmaker who is genuinely warm and witty and can effortlessly do away with the formality and stiffness that exists between the host and guests in other celebrity chat shows. And it's therefore no wonder that that his guests warm up to him over a cup of coffee and spill the beans like they never have!

What's more, Koffee With Karan is packed with double the excitement as it brings to the screen not one, but two or more celebrity guests in each episode. The two guests will have some common string, which will add spice and substance to the show. They could be contemporaries, great friends, archrivals, the best or the worst on-screen pairs... and Karan chats them up with equal lan.

So, get set to grab a cuppa with Karan and top it up with the crme de la crme of Bollywood! Only on STAR One!

Avinash Mehrotra is a snooty, Harvard-returned MBA. Love, women and marriage are the last thing on his mind at the moment.

Meenaxi Pillai is a pretty Malayalee girl with expressive eyes. A classical dancer and a school teacher by profession, she is simple, level headed, cultured and intelligent. A strong-willed girl, Minu believes in calling a spade a spade, and can be quite short-tempered at times.

They are diametrically opposite to each other.

Despite this, a tarot card reader predicts convinces Avinash's mother, Manali and Meenaxi's father, Eshwaran Pillai that Minu and Avi would make a perfect couple.

To put their plan into motion, the parents clandestinely plan to go on a month-long cruise which according to the prediction would be the ideal place for their children to fall in love.

It is an urban take on life of four guys who are very close friends. The show explores their friendship, problems they face and how they tackle it in a funny, light hearted way.

Ram is the rich playboy and Nitin is the nerd, Akki is the cool RJ while Raghu is a struggling theatre actor. All four guys don't have much in common except love for each other.

It deals with issues related to their life, dreams, relationships, shortcomings, money and girls who form an integral part of the show and their life as well.

The show is about the urban male, how they think, their conflicts, desires and life in general. It's a laugh riot as all of them try to solve each other's problems and everybody thinks he's perfect in whatever he does.

It's a feel good, funny and loving tale of these four guys exploring life in their own way.
