If my wife dared to do to me what Bharti seems to be about to do to Murli, it would have been divorce! Thankfully, she's nowhere near as mahaan as anybody in TVstan.
Yeah, the serial could be rivetting if they show Bharti tell Murli and the entire family about it, and them all coalescing behind her. But I'll bet you that'll not happen. And if they show what kt25 predicts - Bharti disappearing and appearing w/ the kid after 7 years, Murli should just refuse to have anything to do w/ her. Bharti would be nothing short of evil - for separating her kid from its father for the first few years of its life.
Lets see what they show

Vrish, if that happens I'm so out of here. There's only so much bakwas my brain can tolerate. 😡
I don't know of anyone in the real world who is as mahan as these tv bahus. Sure there are people who are kind, considerate, generous and go out of their way for their family. Yes, sometimes the will sacrifice their own happiness for family members. But they are also strong, can stand up for themselves and unlike tv bahus they can do all these without being complete and utter DOORMATS! 😡

if gau is so sensitive of her self-respect why dont she get out of that house and live separately as mirdang suggested ..or she can ask for some money from bharti like they did before with rupesh and plan to start some new business so that they can move out of bharti's house and live decently ... that way they can live as king and queen with their daughter as princess, though not as rich as bharli ...and there will be no question of their so-called maan sanmman also ...and mirdala actually wanted to start some business of their own when rupesh was in debts 🤔...

i want some scene like bharti pointing out to everybody(not just gau) that all this property is hers similar to when murli brought sudha saying this house is his and who stays or not is his wish *sigh* will bharti ever talk like that *sigh* 😔... these lals must stop acting as riche richs 😡 which they started right from veena's wedding 😡 as if veena was a millionaire's daughter and bharti in order to get her wealth wanted to tie her knot with bhushan's son 🤬😡 (i still cant forgive veena , i want her to marry a midget or a beggar who she would probably get if bharti leaves with her money 😆) ... adding to all these now gau is gonna fight for her haq 🤣 ("what haq?" bharti must have asked 😆 "is it who should do jadhu pocha ?" what other haq could lals give her 🤣 if there is no bharti 😆) and for that she is making promise on her motherhood 🤣

i somehow disagree that bharti is wrong at not confiding in murli whatever doctor said 🤔 ... i think anybody at this situation wil do this if there is no chance of bearing a second child ,out of their love for their husband ☺️ *nothing more than making him happy *☺️... and it is even more acceptable in bharti's case coz she is a midget and feels even more grateful to her husband than any other normal wife ..so i fully support bharti on this 👍🏼.. (when everybody like bharti i criticise her when everybody criticise her i support her 😆 *whats wrong with me😆*)

But I'll be surprised if they dont' give Bharti or Murli the 'bachcha ya ma - chun lo'!

But finally, they're bringing Jhumroo's marriage closer - hopefully, they'll be done w/ it sooner rather than later, so that the CVs can then decide how much more of Chimp-ti that they want.

I understand where you are going with when you say that "in the medical field, it's always the mother who's given priority as far as saving goes". First off the doctors would be the one making the final decison based on what's best for the patient and not the patient as the doctor's are the ones qualified to do that in their profession as opposed to the patient whose emotional state of mind could cloud his/her judgement. And to top it all of, the patient becomes a liability if the doctor lets him/her make the decision and a potential law suit in their hands. This is based on my experience and the doctors that I know of.

@Jas - I said that because they were predicting a leap of 7 years 😃. I hope they don't do that too because there would be no plot without one of the lead characters. I know Vik and Vrish would beg to differ my above statement 😆

Actually speaking purely from seeing my sisters, it is one of the hardest place to be, choosing mom over baby.
My sister had suffered miscarriages last year, she was carrying twins. The doctors wasn't convinced with the babies as one was won't be normal and said she will have to abort at some point. But my sister said she will try till the very end and didn't mind if the baby wasn't normal because it's her child.😭
True enough because she was carrying non-identical twins, she lost one because the baby wasn't formed well. Then after a month or so she lost the other one because the other fetus couldn't hold on without the other. So what I am trying to say is that my sister would have given her life for her babies if she could. It's a normal motherly instinct to protect her young ones if even it meant their life would be in danger.😭
So Bharti's reaction is quite normal and what most mothers would do. It's not mahanata just pure love.

That is so sad 😔. Losing one itself is painful, losing both must have been devastating for her. I hope and pray that your sister gets the strength to overcome the distress of losing her babies.

Sorry to hear about your sister. That had to be excruciating!
My objection previously was not so much Bharti picking her kid over herself - as you point out, a lot of moms may do it: my objection was to the possibility that she may choose to deceive her family in order to pull this off. Thankfully, at the end of Thursday's episode, she told them all, so I withdraw what I said about her earlier. At this point, she does deserve everybody's sympathy!

Aw Fuzzy, so sorry to hear about what your sister had to go through. My comments about Bharti being mahan are in a similar vein to Vrish's. It's not so much her choosing to keep the child, it's the fact that I felt sure CVS would go the usual way and have her keep it all to herself.
And I have issues with storylines or ideas that are medically incorrect! But we all know that's a broekn record already 😆
