Kasam Se & Mills and Boon

Hello Ladies,

I am a new member and havent posted anything at all. This is my first post and I must admit I am urged to write. I have been reading all the posts on Kasam se and faithfully watching all the videos, soemtimes even at 1am and even office lunch breaks. (I know I cant beleiev it myself)

What really fascinates me is how crazy we girls are getting over this Mr Walia character...the same had happened with Mr Darcy (the Pride and Prejudice guy.) Both these characters can be found in any Mills and Boon novel. A tall, dark, handsome , powerful guy, loaded with wordly self confidence (maybe not in relations), arrogant, doesnt think before opening his mouth and takes the world by his stride. Then our lovely, innocent, beautiful, timid, thoughtful girl meets his guy. The director/writer has manged to create soem real good verbal banters between these two and puts them in such unrealistic situations with too much heat on both the sides. And the remaining book/movie/serial is all about the growing/dropping love, the constant emotional turmoil, wanting and hating the same person. The guy is tough and our innocent girl keeps waving with him the way he desires, she is sad but sticks to him, depressed but still wants him...

I mean common ..what's with girls and Mills and Boon. What is this love fantasy that we want it so bad. Keep Mr Walia aside - do any of us want to go through these situations in rela life - Do we wnat to meet our life partner this way and for heavens sake will we take all this crap in the name of love ?

If yes - then lets keep wathcing Kasam Se.

If No - then please let us help each other get over this fanatsy.

I know myself I will keep watching this serail, till my brain really kicks in. But God I waste a lot of time, which I could apply else where, cauz Ram Kapoor and Prachi Desai are never gonna unite in real life and even if the do - it doesnt affect/help me a bit in my REAL life.

i agree that going thru such a thing in real life will not be pleasant for any one... but the fantasy part i think every one want a guy who can rescue u from the evils around ...take u to fantasy land..make u feel as the most imporatnt person in the world.. fight for u with the whole world...stand against all...even if it means him being a lil brash...
i guess this is wat keeps us hooked to serials all along

n wat else can i say... i'm crazy about Jai....

Its a serial and we understand know its unreal but arent movies novel also fiction but still people do watch and read them has its everyone free choice to do so. Please its a humble request dont post such posts because certain fans in the forum may get offended.😊

i just love Jai's character...cause it's like an inspiration to never give up...and make it big!!!...

to answer your question...there are a lot of Mr. Walias out there...and all need someone patient, and a person who can stand up to them as well as give them love...and comfort them...

however arrogant and proud they are...they're still humans!!!

i'm not sure if i could have a life partner like him...casue although i'm patient...and prefer to stay quiet like Bani...rather than answer back like Pia (lol...that's my sister's department)...

But i would definetly NOT like to be in the situation that Bani's in...probabaly have a mental breakdown!

..Kasam se .. is Just another mills and Boon ...or Harlequin presents ... a story .. made into TV drama ..I am absoloutely bowled over By ..Jai wala .. Minus the gray streaks in the front.. 😉

And myself, yes I am big fan of Walia's character, the achivements the man has and problems he is facing but doesnt let his love life affect his other areas of life. I was referring to just the whole love fanatasy part we all are crazy abt.

Anyway waiitng patiently for the UK viewers to post more videos.

i'm kinda new too and has started watching kasam se just from last month and since then has become addicted to this serial in a way .and i also agree that its a hindi version of mills & boons story.
well everyone knows that in real life this things don't happen to everyone but every girl has a fantasy somewhere hidden deep down that they meet a man like jai walia and fall in love with him and vice versa.And that is the reason why we keep watching serial like kasam se and others like it.
well atleast i will keep watching it and will love its characters..........Jai walia and Bani.

Jai Walia is simply amazing and I don't mind at all fantasising about him. After all, apna kya jaata hai, sirf maza aata hai............ Like we find books interesting and drool over the characters, no harm in drooling over the actors especially someone as hot and dashing as our lovely Ram Kapoor

I'm surprised she's not going through depression, I would.
But then again, the main characters in soaps never mentally breakdown.

Welcome and no, but i'm still going to watch this show b/c what intrigues me about this show is how a lonely man finally finds solace in a girl even though she is half his age, this show will probably show how deep love can be, not that Jai treats Bani like **** 😉 ....and in the words of Mr. Jai Walia..."There is no age limit in love" 😳
