What a difference a jolt makes! Krishna is reeling from the words he's heard from his mother's mouth. He kicks a few stones and parks himself by a geometrically bound pond in a park and relives the painful moments of hearing his mother gloating with pride about the things she did to separate Prats from her son and bragging about using a mother's love to win his trust and setting herself on fire at the opportune moment fully knowing that her son would come to her rescue. He rehashes another painful moment railing at Prats for leading his mother to self-immolation. He suppresses sobs as he remembers telling Prats she longer has a place in his home or his life. The time to eat his bitter and angry words is upon him.Regrets with sincerity often brings with it a good dose of humility.Brushing the tears off his face and struggling to cope with the suppressed anger, pain and hurt he calls SS and asks him to return home soon for things have gone terribly wrong. Like a little child he always turns to SS to fix his life especially when he panics about losing Prats. He slit his wrists to get SS to accept Prats as his bahu, he begged SS to save Prats after he shot her and this time. He knows SS's penchant for giving Takurain her prasadi so how will he handle Takurain's betrayal and plan to destroy his marriage?
A freaked out SDS is running around the house calling for Baba. Just a few hours ago she thought she had the world in her fist and she was rid of Prats. She does the famous Prats marathon running high and low around the Niwas. Where is the cocky overconfident woman who was so sure of herself? When she reaches Komal's room the Takur twit is busy in the closet (counting her sarees?) and is more concerned if her mother managed to get Prats's signature on the talaak papers and doesn't care much to find out what his distressing her mother and what's up with her brother that her mother is so freaked out about finding him. SDS's panic is only alerting the rest of the family to assemble at the situation room out of curiosity if nothing else and that she has a hand in whatever is brewing in their midst. Nautanki has started all over as she asks GD and KN what's going on. KN responds "what is he my wife? I don't know where he is". Cat got Kesamma's tongue for a long time now? She's saving it all in for the day she claims her gift? GD doesn't have a clue but wants to know why her bahu has gone bonkers "what happened to you, why are you looking for him"? Let us clue you in,GD! Your bahu screwed up big time and she's desperate to undo the past. SDS agitatedly says "Told him to stay home, very worried about him but he went out" drawing curious looks from the others in the room. The last time Krishna fell apart after hearing the "kidnapping" tale she taunted him endlessly for marrying Prats. Now she's behind the diraama and she's desperate to make sure the truth doesn't reach the rest of the family. Not that she can stop him but she' probably terrified that he's at MMGJ back in the arms of his wife.
Prats returns as pareshaan Papa paces the living room. Good thing Dadi went away just when all this is unfolding. Saxes are worried as usual but Shamu is sure Prats has succeeded in unmasking her sasuma to Krishna. Prats tells Shamu Krishna got a jolt hearing his mother fess up the games she played with his life. Now she doesn't know where he is and is worried about how he'll bear this truth. The Saxes prefer to stall on taking action about serious matters until all hell breaks loose. This situation is serious enough, hopefully at least Prats has learned a very valuable lesson. It's just not enough for Krishna to learn life's lessons and show some emotional maturity. Prats has much to learn and adapt to if she's going to have a successful marriage with Krishna in the future. Did anyone else notice? Ever since Adarsh left home, the green wall in the GH has been repainted in peachy tones. Is Arusi keeping herself busy painting the walls of GH?
Krishna returns home feeling beat and dragging his feet in weighed down by all that he's heard from his matari's lips. SDS who's waiting for him on her cot pleads to talk to Krishna. He doesn't want to give her the time of day "I don't want to talk to you. What has to be said or heard will be done in bauji's presence". Just then SS hollers his grand arrival. SDS immediately sends a SMS (SAVE MY SOUL) prayer to the Goddess. She knows what's awaiting for her if Krishna spills the beans to SS. Where was this call for help before she did what she did? SDS looks nervously at Krishna and he doesn't seem to want to soothe her fears. Is there more going on between the mother and son exchanging glances?🤔
Hearing the roaring call of the buzurg sher, the junglee residents come to the situation room in pairs and line up to greet him. SDS doesn't rush forward to welcome her mard like she always does but keeps glancing at Krishna instead. SS notices it but is more interested in his welcome home. He orders SDS to do the aarati for his big accomplishment on his trip. GD seconds the request. He smiles like the cat that got the cream as he waits for SDS to do the aarti. He calls out to Lady Ganga to present herself by his side. SDS suspiciously eyes the young lady by her husband's side. Her second blow has arrived as a yellow saree clad pint size beauty. That's two body blows in a row in one day. What's next to complete the hat-trick? SS's wrath after he hears about her kartooth in Kriya's marriage?
Takurain does the aarati as she watches Lady Ganga with hawk eagle eyes. SS grabs her hand with the aarati and shows her how its' done right. SDS has so much hanging over her head but that doesn't stop her from darting defiant looks at SS and his companion by his side. The lassie winces in fear when she hears SS bellowing at SDS. Takurain dares to size up the young girl who has just arrived on her doorstep but she has bigger problems awaiting her. Her behavior is so typical of an abused woman surfacing more these days.
SS is mighty pleased with himself when he tells Lady Ganga to touch her big sister's feet and get her blessings. SS announces the young lassie Lady Ganga is there to serve him. The little nod and satisfied look he gives Takurain "yep, take that" was one of the SUPER LALLANTOP moment of today's episode👏. SS was superb in the way he taunted SDS with his looks especially that cat that got the cream looks. He knows how to push SDS's buttons. He's in a class of his own⭐️.
Takurain moves away as Ganga bows in her direction. She glares at the couple and asks SS "Why are you killing me alive?" Takurain, Karma in your case is following you home after your meeting with Prats. GD takes SS to task for his "prank" that too after his children have been married. Shame has never been part of SS's vocabulary. He defends his actions "Takurain is burnt and of no use to me, I needed someone to take care of my needs and now I got Ganga to cleanse me of my sins. I didn't go with any plans, it's all divine interference".
Next it's Komal who takes her bauji to task for coming home with a young girl her age. He turns around and blames Prats for being responsible for SDS's burnt condition. I can't tolerate my wife now so she's banished to the cot in the corner. Krishna is behaving like Prats, calmly watching what's unfolding before him. He challenges SS's heartless behavior and when his bauji tells him to talk with respect we see the new-born Krishna with an equally calm response once again. We are seeing a refined behavior that's a foreign trait in him. But is this the calm before the storm when he rips the truth out in front of SS? Will SS change his mind yet again about Prats once he realizes the recent diraama was a solo production from Takurain?🤔
GD yells at SS. He wants to know why Krishna was so anxious to see him. There is already a shift in the father-son relationship. This Krishna is going to keep viewers on their toes. The old tantrum throwing Takur is now keeping it all under wraps. There is bound to be a time when the pressure cooker is going to whistle. His reaction today is very similar to Prats's reactions when things fall apart at the Takurs. Is he going to make sure every one in the family is aware of what really happened before he has the courage to apologize to Prats, ask for forgiveness and bring her back home. He is likely to return home empty-handed but MMM thinks this new avatar of Baba who reflects more is likely to stay in the long run and he is going to go seeking his buddies and has to make things right with Chanduwa. This will have to be a solo journey to self-discovery for most part as he realizes that he has to stand on his own two feet and no one really can fix things for him.
Irony in all this is SDS has no one to turn to for some solace. She is fretting on all fronts. She is desperately hoping Krishna doesn't spill the beans to SS who has just brought home her sauten. She is worried now that SS has got a new chick to care for him she is about to become just a queen with a title and nothing else. Must be a hard pill to swallow for a woman possessive of her mard! She can't turn to KN, he wouldn't give a toss for her plight. This son was ready to bury her in the hole if need be like he did Kesar. Komal told her mother to follow her advice but now she wouldn't care as long as it doesn't affect her personally. Komal makes a lot of noise and less practical. SDS might hear contempt rather than sympathetic words when the family hears about all her gatiya actions.
Why was SS telling Krishna Ganga will serve him breakfast in the mornings. Krishna would rather Prats is back home to take care of all his needs. But if Prats refuses to return he might as well move in with the Saxes just to hang around Prats. Maybe get some education in the process as well. SS can deal with Krishna moving to his sasural the way Adarsh did. Is he still planning to marry her off to Krishna since he still brings up Prats's name and cusses her again?
SDS is threatened by women who have married into the family. Souten and bahu both get same treatment from Takurain? She didn't trip over herself welcoming SS bec' she knew he'd smell a rotten rat if she did? The way SS announced his arrival with Krishna and Takurain standing right there not showing an ounce of excitement was hilarious. SS flaunts his grand ego every chance he gets. Krishna kept glancing at SDS a few times in SS's presence but he only knew something was the matter at home after Krishna's call but not what it stewing. What will trigger Krishna's outburst before the family that unravels SDS's secrets before the family?
