I don't think Amisha was talking about Bips. Maybe some actor said something nasty. She did say when did I say Bips. And we all know Amisha she is not afraid to say what's on her mind. If she was ref to Bips, she would have said her name.

But if she was ref to Bips, she is such a drama queen. Bips didn't say anything offensive...but from her tweet it also seems like Bips didn't like she was wearing the same thing Amisha was wearing. It's not that big of a deal that they were wearing the same dress, nobody cares about them anyways...at least not enough ppl care lol
