EDITED :
THE ARTICLE:

the 'marathi' writer of famous hindi serials like 'jassi jaisi koi nahi', kukmkum','ekmahal

ho sapno ka'has slapped the hindi producers who think marathi writers inferior by buying a

costly BMW.the hindi show 'bade achche lagte hai' and marathi 'swapnanchya palikadle'

written by jayesh r entertaining the audience
the journey from a TIN house (jhuggi) to BMW is amazing of jayesh who currenly works as

'fiction head' in reliance big production.jayesh who worked in govt bank started writing as hobby and has written many successful serials in his 16 year career.
he told lokmat that he decided to buy a BMW after a hindi prodecer taunted him.
he told that there is lot of scope for youngsters as new marathi writers havent entered in this 40 crore business for last some years.if new generation looks at this as new business opportunity they will definately get good money and publicity.enrty of new generation will stop the repeatations in writing and new experiments will be seen.but writers should be ready for sruggle and hardwork.when he lived in tin house he once wanted to buy a steel stand so he looked for other options of income other than bank and this made him to 'stand' on his feet.
right now there r 80 serials on tv and some more channels r going to start so new writers have much scope here.jayesh's team consists of many marathi writers and he is mentoring them.

writers wanted-
-15 chennels of different languages will start in next 6 months.
-more than 80 serials will be started in different languages.
-20-30 new serials r awaiting releases
-minimum 3 writers work for one serial
-at this stage one writer writes for approximately 5 serials
-5 episodes r telecast in one week
-shortage of 30-40 good writers
-20 thousand rupees r expected for story-screenplay and dialogue writing of one episode

I think it is in marathi. There is "jassi jaisi koi nahi, kumkum and ek mahal ho sapnon ka" these serial names are mentioned. But i don't know where and what he has mentioned about LTL.

Lokmat Article Translation:
Maratha Man Jayesh Patil, the writer of immensely successful serials like "Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahi","KumKum" "Ek Mahal Ho Sapno Ka" has slapped hindi serial makers on the face who belittle Marathi origin writers by becoming a proud owner of an expensive car like a BMW.Currently serials based on his stories like "Bade Acche Lagte Hain "(😲) & "Swapnaanche Palikade" (Beyond Dreams) are the most popular with the audiences.Presently the Fiction Head of Reliance Big Production house Jayesh' journey from a tin roofed home to being a proud owner of a BMW is awe inspiring.⭐️Beginning his career as a bank employee Jayesh switched to writing for serials like Haus (Desire) & Dheeyapoti. His career has spanned 16 years of writing for hugely popular serials.
Jayesh then explains at length about the dearth of Marathi writers in this growing by leaps & bounds industry. He implores youth to seek opportunities in this industries.
