So many times this topic has been posted, invaribly the discussion the (aim of it) is to prove that one religion superior to the other.
Conversions have happened and will happen. It has nothing to do with a certain religion being good or bad, how much hard we may try our priests our products of their times and they will use all kinds of things to lure people in becoming part of their religion (as Aparna has pointed out)
There are several things common in Christianity, Islam and Jewish religion.
Similarly, India is the only place in the world that is besides HInduism home even birthplace of Buddhism, Jainism, Sikhism and others. It was the only place where Jews were not persecuted.
Religion is a serious matter, we are too young to comprehend it why cant we stick to common principles that all religions teach? of compassion, humanitarian beliefs and doing what comes naturally to us ie live and let live.

For example a punishment for someone who commits sucide is that in hell they will repeat the action of killing themselves for eternity, so does that mean they wont enter heaven?

some bits are confusing, but it depends on your deeds on earth i guess.

Very correct..........For eevry sin Muslims will get punishment first and then they well be sent to Heaven.......
Yes! it depends on deeds on earth..100%

ayah verse 30 and Surah 9 contain a quote about christianity and jews, and if i interpreted it right, it wished them dead. That's one example that i have found.

but then again there are many verses in the q'ran that are also positive and tell you to love each person

i looked it up and the meaning if that verse ALONE can be used to support ur case...BUT.... remember the whole thing together makes sense so u cant take it out if context..its like quoting a sentence or part of a sentence against someone without knowing the the context of it or what it was in referance to...in order to truly understand that you need to have done an in depth analysis of the Quran (or any other religious book for that matter) and since i am not qualified to make my own interpretations (id rather say i dont know than interpret the holy words of God wrong) i will not prove you right or wrong...the quran is NOT a metter of my opinion it is the word of God and lets leave it at that
