JK back to her lecturing spree, the words that JK says hit Dushyant hard, coz only he knows how much he has to live with what he has done, and what he had taken from the family esp Gulaal, whilst JK says look at how you are living coz of Gulaal, D is living like this coz of what he did, and what he has to live with and only he knows and somewhat Gulaal as well, despite what JK says that D is and D that coz of Gulaal, nothing compares to what D did to Gulaal, and has to live with. JK is all about basics isnt she - Kes-Gul are pati/patni, so they have to live like that, she has to come back home - thats JK's stance, but like D says - if Gulaal cant see Kesar as pati and doesnt love him, they cant tie her and pressure her which is also right, i still think Gulaal was right to live home for the time being, coz she herself has to come back
Woah at Sudha, she was too harsh (with the words pouring out of her) and such nitpicking at the food, that was petty - i have to say i am glad Talli stopped her making a paap herself if she went through with her curse or whatever it was... Sudha is right in the sense that Kesar shouldnt have taken it to the wedding, let alone have the wedding despite whatever the reason it might be coz we all know but Sudha doesnt know why Kesar even took it to the wedding and made a tamasha (and i say this word from Sudha's pov), but Sudha is clouded by her mother feelings and Talli's tears and so on, that Kesar explained in a way what he did at the wedding was wrong and so on, and also she doesnt realise that by what she is doing today is hurting Talli even more, when Talli herself is trying to control her emotions and her life, and also accepted in a way that Gulaal didnt give a false promise, that Talli gets and understands Kesar's love for Gulaal and so on. Sudha was right that Kesar wont find no peace at day or even at night, we all know this and this was happening before and now its happening even more,
I think Kesar gave a scenerio to Talli rather then say yes lets get married for real đ- if it makes things betterđ, but like she says if he had married her, it would be betrayal/cheating not only marrying her but also on himself coz he wouldnt be able to love her, coz he loves Gulaal and so on...
I think maybe Talli needed this scenerio in what could of have happened, if the marriage had gone ahead isnt it
Kesar is right no one seems to understand him from his pov, Gulaal doesnt - well she has her own thoughts and pain, and hurt to deal with which i think we can see she needs the time judging by whathas gone on and what Kesar said to her yesterday/today as well, and today Kesar is seeking for a friend from Talli, he needs and wants her to forgive him atleast...
My fave scene was between Gulaal and her dad, coz basically it said everything was needed and also how Gulaal has monitored herself into and in the past... running after her past due to how she is running away from her present/future right now, and like it says it will be a suffocation in how she is living right now, and how hard it will be the way she is living if she continues like this
We knew instantly when we see her on the bed looking at Vasant's photo, how alone she is, if only he was here today i think this is Gulaal's thinking each time - she gets alone. Is she really contented and happy staying in her past, the past that she feels has made her who she is today - she thinks she is, but no she isnt, no one would be... her dad was right in life one has to move forward until this is the very thing she needs to realise and understand even if its slowly and wont be easy, moving forward is living life - even to achieve anything life, one has to move forward, accept life, live life - and Gulaal all this time has just been existing from her past and living from Vasant, the thing is Vasant will always be there, close to her if she keeps him there even if tries to see that moving forward doesnt mean Vasant is replaced or gone, and she can live with his memories and dreams that needs fulfilling and she can do that with also moving forward as well, even with those and with support which i believe is Kesar, Kesar knows and accepts Vasant's position in Gulaal's life, Kesar will let her have that as she says she is doesnt want anything that keeps her away from Vasant or what she is due to that, Kesar doesnt want that as such, Gulaal's thinking on that needs to be somewhat changed.
Gulaal said her past is what's made her who she is, very right on Vasant, but i also find that is relates to Kesar as well, the deeyarvatu and everything - her past is what is gonna make her present/future where is concerns Kesar
As for Kesar, i guess the tadap tadap song is very apt for him but i am surprised they even used that for a song sequence though - day and night no peace at all, like Sudha said to him... eating away at him, Gulaal is a blood and oxygen for him, she's in his veins, its Gulaal Gulaal and more Gulaal... no sense of peace we saw in Kesar today
One would say it looks like obsession, if they didnt know Kesar at all, but he cant live without her and look at what state he has become, you feel pity for him but also so much at the same time, that you so want him to make his love his strength and stand up for it
PRECAP - Kesar is something else altogether, he had to see her, we saw even at home and so on, he hasnt got any peace within him, and so looks like he goes all the way to see her and tells her things (i hate using this word, but in a desperation way) that all he sees is her, all he feels is her, and so on - looks like Kesar will now on definately gonna make her feel his love... maybe its not the way to get Gulaal as such but atleast in some way it might make Gulaal see what extent he can go for her and feels for her...
