T's Take on June 20'ths

has been awhile since I dropped in here, I confess that not possessing a sturdy spirit like you, I had given up on the show with the growing prominence of certain ** Cough, Cough**..let it go by..no need to rekindle dark memories...😊

I found my enthu soaring when I heard that RBO has been revamped and the dreaded nightmare was Gone !!..so armed with my new found enthusiasm and cloaked in anticipation..I sat in front of my TV all agog to watch the new RBO ...




My First impression 's


Loved the father-Son scene ..

The father standing in the forefront with the photo of the united family in the background .. Father speaking to his Son implying that distances has not creeped into the relationship and that they still are united despite the separation and the bond of Father and Son remains strong as ever was done perfectly ...

Karan choking and gulping down on his tears while Ali unsuccessfully tries to control his overpowering emotion's , both Ali n Karan were superb esp towards the end...


The dining Sequence of Puppy Khanak and Shaan...Karan surprised me with his nuanced and subtle expression's ...felt that the lad has had made an amazing amount of progress in a short time ...It was also a sequence which brought home the fact that the irresponsible young boy is maturing into a sober young man with a reservoir of mischief and impishness ready to be kindled at moments notice...😊


What is with the RBO and Mini's...??What strange fixation is this ..that at least one girl is there with a halter,spaghetti,noodle straps, micro minis and mini's...why cant any girls simply cavort wearing a jeans,Khaki's, ganjee's ?? As if taking the ludicrousness to its heights would be the cat walk on the cobbled street ...The new intro did not make an impact ,but since she has begun only now..benefit of doubt to her !!


Am seeing Bhavna after years together , it is a pleasure to watch her !!😃


The second sequence that did not work for me was the rain sequence of SHANAK...Felt as if both were going through motions and there were no connect as such..it was artificial and did not appear spontaneous ...Spontaneity has been SHANAk's forte !!..

Loved Shaan's..Bye, I love you...so casual and so natural !!

can i just say one thing and it's for all of us. It surprises me sometimes how most episode analysis' fail to mention YM/khanak. she works equally hard, is equally talented and despite getting less powerful dialogues and scenes then her male counter-part, always manages to give a sterling and sincere performance. she should be appreciated for that at least i think :)

awesome analysis i agree with each and every word of u even i felt the rain thing was artifical didnt have that much impact on mee .as far the the new entry is concern she was okk .sunil and shaan convo and mads and sunil convo was best of the episode .they nailed it with there acting skills

I would not like to bring in everyone, Dear..and let me present my view as to why YM goes unnoticed most of the time...No doubts , she is a capable actor..in fact she is one of the better actor across TV industry..An actor blessed with expressive eyes and one who uses it too..The reason why she is not noted acc to me is bec of two factors...One she is pitted against a natural performer and much more talented than her ..whose screen presence is magnified than her's..


Second is her ebullience... she needs to know when to be over the top and when to be restrained..Most of the time, she simply goes overboard while her counter part will be a picture of understatement...case in point , y'days dining scene..Shaan/KT will be using his face to express and the flow will be smooth, flowing ..whereas if u watch Khanak..Her emotions will come out in jerks..and her hand movement will be that of an juvenile girl [whereas she has to portray a mature girl] ...when just expressions will suffice, she adds movements too..that detracts from her acting rather than add to it ..strictly MY POV...!!


Although I will not dispute that she has got talent...she has not yet learnt how to utilize it...experience will teach her and she will become a formidable actor over time..and as an added bonus, she is one unselfconscious actor..😊
