Mausi, Dadi and Bani are in the living room and generally chatting, when Roshni comes in looking very cheerful and walking in as if its her own house. Bani looks completely taken-aback as Roshni very sweetly greets Bani and asks her how are you? Before Bani can reply, Roshni asks her where is Jai, Bani looks pretty bewildered and says that he has left for Office, Roshni smile and thinks to herself that how come Jai has left for his Office so soon in the day, but doesn't say anything. Mausi and Dadi look on to Roshni with a very bad expression, as Roshni greets them pretty enthusiastically and comes and touches Dadi's feet who turns her face the other way round and then Roshni says that fine if you don't want to bless me, I will take Mausi's ashirwaad. Mausi also refuses to bless Roshni, as Bani is now looking increasingly upset and also pretty confused! Mausi is very sarcastic to Roshni and asks her pretty rudely why has she come back, Roshni is not moved one bit and answers very sweetly that she had left some work undone the last time and hence she came back to complete them. A look of horror passes across Mausi face as Roshni tells Mausi that since Jai is not home, she also has nothing to do here and that she will meet him later on.
As Bani keeps looking with confusion and some amount of resentment, Roshni comes to Bani and very sweetly tells her that Jai had forgotten his chain at her home yesterday night and she basically came to give it back to him. As a shocked Bani takes the chain from Roshni's hands, Mausi gets up in a very angry mood and asks Bani that why did she lie to him that Jai had gone to his Office whereas he was clearly with Roshni at her home. Bani is at a loss for words and tells her that she had no idea that Jai had gone to Roshnji's home. Mausi looks extremely frustrated and angry and so does Dadi, and both of them go shell-shocked as Bani asks very tentatively that who is Roshni Chopra after all. Before Mausi can say anything, the phone rings and Bani goes away from there. Mausi tells Dadi that what should she tell bahu about Roshni and Jai's relationship?🤔
On the other hand, Jai enters his Office only to see a bouquet of Rajnigandha Flowers on his table and the same look of complete annoyance and exasperation spreads on his face as he pushes aside the flowers to one corner of his desk and goes and plunks himself on his chair and look deep in thought! Aditya enters Jai's Office and asks him why he is looking so worried, Jai refuses to reply and has a sulk on his face. Aditya tells Jai that why is he forgetting that he is married now and it is not the done thing for him to stay away from home till 3 Am in the morning (What the hell is the fixation with 3 Am…sab kuch subah ke 3 baje hi kyon hota hai???) Jai who was quiet till now gives one irritated and sarcastic look at Aditya and asks him very rudely that what marriage is he talking about? One that was forced upon him by duping him? And what wife is he talking about, a girl who's face he cannot tolerate (How could Jai say such a thing about Bani?) leave aside ever accepting her as his wife. Jai says that he cares two hoots for his marriage and for his so-called wife. Jai says that this is all a silly charade for Mausi and as soon as she goes away, he will be finally free from this forced marriage. Aditya has no expression on his face except for vexation at Jai's obstinacy and tells him that fine suit yourself then, but be warned to stay away from Roshni Chopra as she has already created havoc in Jai's life once and her coming back is a bad omen. Suddenly Jai's face clouds darkly and he looks both concerned and irritated!😕
Bani is sitting in the drawing room and cutting vegetables (Aadarsh Indian Naari….Jai has so many servants, why does he make his wife do all this mundane stuff!) when Mausi comes over and very lovingly talks to Bani and asks her what is she cooking for Jai today. Bani is embarrassed and mumbles something when suddenly, Mausi asks Bani to call up Jai and she looks really awkward and unwilling, but as usual Mausi engages her in her talks and kind of coerces her to call up Jai. Bani looks as if she would be happier if the Earth would swallow her, instead of calling Khadoos. Bani looks on exasperated as Mausi calls up Jai on his cell and gives the phone to Bani and urges he to speak to him, Bani takes a gulp and says that, "Jee, main bol rahi hoon." Jai is surprised and pretty irritated and asks her say fast whatever you want to. Bani then gives one look at Mausi who is standing over her head and very awkwardly she tells Jai that she has cooked his favorite food today.
Jai's reply to this is, "Tum nein khana banaya hai toh tum hi kaho" Hey bhaggu, it was so hilarious…..Jai's irritation is so funny at times! Bani instead of looking upset or downcast finds it amusing as Jai bangs the phone down in frustration. Bani gives one look at Mausi and wonders what will she think when she knows that Jai has banged the phone down and in the most cutest manner she keeps pretending to talk to Jai in a very sweet, wifely manner, asking him how he is and does he miss her….Awww, poor baby! What did she do to marry that egoistical jerk? Mausi looks on very affectionately as Bani finally disconnects the phone. Bani looks kind of relived and a little exasperated at Mausi's pushing Bani over Jai all the time! Lolz….yeh Mausi bhi na!😆
Mausi then throws another bomb on poor Bani and tells her that she should cook Jai's favorite Lunch and take it to his Office and have his lunch with him. Bani looks completely horrified with the thought and is so thunderstruck that she is unable to reply straight to Mausi and wonders how on Earth she will escape this situation now! Mausi then forces Bani to go and dress up nicely and that Dadi, Mausi and Bani will all go to Jai's Office, Bani looks ready to throw up in frustration!😆
Pia is shown to wake up and sees that Pushkar is getting dressed for Office and asks him that why is he getting ready so early. Pushkar smiles and tells her that it is 10 Am in the morning and it might be early for her, but its time for him to go to Office. Pia tells him that what will she do the whole day without Pushkar but then this is only for some time, as Pushkar can get another house near his Office once he is settled. Pushkar looks upset and tells Pia that when he was working in Jai Sir's Office and doing so well, then also he never thought of moving to another house, there is no question of him ever leaving his family, whatever his relations with Mahesh might have become. Pushkar kisse's Pia goodbye and leaves her looking a little upset.
Pia comes down to the drawing room around 11 Pm and sees that the breakfast table is laid out, without any thought, she goes and starts gorging on the food very enthusiastically. Bhabhi comes in and is very upset and tells Pia that the breakfast was for Mahesh and not for Pia, who answers back, so what if I ate, you can always make another Omlette for Mahesh. Bhabhi and Pia have an awful row where Pia is extremely rude to Bhabhi and insults her very badly making Bhabhi cry. Mahesh is also quite rattled at Pia's audacious behaviour and Pushkar's mother looks on very upset. Pia very arrogantly replies that from now onwards neither Pushkar nor Pia will touch the food that Bhabhi has made and from now, she will order the food from a restarurant for both Pushkar and herself (Gastroentitis ho jaayega ek din, bahar ka khana kha kar, Pia Madam!)😡
Bani comes down looking beautiful in an Indigo Blue Sari with some nice jewllery and Mausi compliments her that she is so beautiful to look at and that Jai is so lucky to have her in his life. Bani has no expression on her face, while Dadi looks on sadly at Bani and wonders how Jai would react if he sees Bani in his Office!
Mausi, Dadi and very reluctant Bani leave for Jai's Office and Mausi and Dadi drop Bani at the Office building with the Lunch and leave for shopping. As poor Bani is forced to go inside Jai's Office building, Mausi tells Dadi that there is so much of love between Jai and Bani and she wants that love to remain forever. Dadi is expressionless but her eyes fill with tears as she wonders what Billo will go through when she comes to know about the farce of their marriage. Mausi then tells Dadi that she wants to teach some "duniyadaari" to her Bahu as she is very innocent and won't know how to preserve her marriage. Dadi thinks to herself that what marriage and love is Billo talking about, there is nothing but loneliness and lack on love in Bani's life now.😭
Summary and Comments:
Roshni Chopra is an Enigma : Everyone with the exception of Bani knows about Roshni and everyone hates her, including Jai! I somehow sensed by today's episode, that Jai and Roshni might not have the sort of past that we are guessing it to be, but something totally different! Anyways, I find Rakshanda Khan to be a very good actress and her character Roshni to be kind of comical rather than evil! I liked the way she cheerfully greets everyone in the house, especially Bani! Lolz…Bani looks pretty upset!
Jai is a major self-denial mode : Jai Walia is a nutty case, that is for sure. One day, he is giving those soft, affectionate looks at Bani when she is sleeping and the next he is so damn obnoxiously rude to her over the phone! Its not like Jai is in love with Bani or something, but he certainly doesn't hate her the way he pretends to….Bani seems to disturb and irritate him in some way and that is why he covers his inner-most feelings by his rudeness so that Bani always maintains a distance!😔
Mausi will drive both Jai and Bani nuts : The lady is sure pulling all stops to see that her Munna and Bahu are cosily together all the time! Poor Bani is bearing the brunt of all this, because Mausi is constantly hovering around her, prodding her to speak to Jai and cook food for him! Today Bani really looked exasperated at Mausi but Bani being the sweet-heart she is, can never say no to anyone, least of all when she herself wants to speak to Jai over the phone!😆
Khud banaya hai toh khud hi khalo : Seriously, Jai cracks me up at times! Even though he was extremely rude to Bani over the phone, I somehow found his irritation to be very funny…as if the last thing he wants to hear on a bad day is his wife calling him and telling him that she has cooked food for him. The best part was the look on Bani's face when Jai bangs the phone down, instead of looking angry or upset, she kind of looks relived that Jai has disconnected the phone and then happily she keeps pretending to speak to Jai in front of Mausi! It was really funny and cute!😆
Pia is hopeless: I mean she is really hopeless! I don't know why they try to show that a modern, independent girl like Pia can never become a good wife and it is only the Bani types who wake up early and cook for their uncaring husbands? But Pia was pretty obnoxious today and really rude to Bhabhi! I can already see Pushkar and Pia going apart…..
Performance Barometer : Jai, Prachi and Roshni! Nothing exceptional in today's episode, but the whole look of irritation mingled with a nagging fear in Jai' face and the look of confusion and expasperation on Bani's face and the look of false cheerfulness on Roshni' face was done wonderfully by Ram, Prachi and Rakshanda! If I had to choose one, I would say that Prachi was wonderful with her comic timing today…..I found it pretty funny as she looks so relieved that Jai has disconnected the phone…and I can never forget Jai's priceless gem, "Khud pakaya hai, toh khud hi khalo." What a khadoos this guy is!😆
