THE ANATOMY OF TODAY'S EPISODE (17.06.2011)
This is the judges choice show. One judge will select a song for a contestant of another judge. Hmmm. Seems quiet interesting.
Performances:
1st performance performed by Sahiti from Sonu Nigam's Team:
Song: Hawa Hawai (Song selected by Sanjay Leela Banshali)
Figure of Anatomy:
What a mind blowing performance. For the first time in this show someone just performed near to perfection. If the original song was 100 (If to to be given any marks) then Sahiti's rendition will surely get 99.99 without any doubt. Again cheers to her.
2nd performance performed by Nirmitee Group from SLB's Team:
Song: Haal Kaisa Hein Janab Ka (Song selected by Sonu Nigam)
Figure of Anatomy:
The first question, was that really a performance deserves Standing Ovation especially from the judges!!!! I have a big big doubt. The original song was entertaining as it was choreographed with a limited funny way but the whole Nirmitee group performed the song in such a way which just seems to me The 3 Stooges performing the song along with an additional guest stooge (The 4th member of the group). But to be honest with ya all, according to the singing the boys were not too bad at all but the girl was horrible.
3rd performance performed by Amit Yadhav from Shreya's Team:
Song: Aisa Pehli Bar Huwa Hein 17/18 Salo Mein (Song selected by SLB)
Figure of Anatomy:
Perhaps one of the worst performance performed by any contestant of any musical show in this sort of stage. Completely besura, flat in so many part (Almost in the whole part of song). Thanks God the judges even admitted that but not directly but at last did na. To me Amit should participate any dance show rather than musical show.
4th performance performed by Seema Jhai from Sonu Nigam's Team:
Song: Rangeela Re Teri Rang Mein (Song selected by Shreya Banshali)
Figure of Anatomy:
Wow wow wow! Another fantastic performance. She did absolute justice with the song. This girl is really challenging and very determined to be someone in future.
5th performance performed by Last Minute Girls from SLB's Team:
Song: Hoja Rangeela Re (Song selected by Sonu Nigam)
Figure of Anatomy:
Despite it was not perfect I enjoyed the song. The energy was out there, the fun was out there,quiet entertaining.
6th performance performed by Kartar Singh Ji from Shreya's Team:
Song: O Dil Bar Janiye (Song selected by SLB)
Figure of Anatomy:
What should I say! First of all why he is here in this show! Why he is requested/selected to back when he was not even crossed the pass mark at the beginning of the show? He completely ruined the song. Not only for he forgot whole of the lyrics but also murdered the song. He is song murderer. But what the judges did, Standing Ovation after such a performance. God please save us.
7th performance performed by Shovon Ganguly from Sonu Nigam's Team:
Song: Mein To Loot gaya (Song selected by Shreya)
Figure of Anatomy:
Missed some part in Sur but despite that perhaps the best performance of today's show. He is really wonderful, the best singer of this show without any doubt. I hope he wins this show not only as he is my fav contestant but also he deserves to be.
8th performance performed by Last Sajda Sisters from SLB's Team:
Song: Tumko Priya Dil Diya (Song selected by Sonu Nigam)
Figure of Anatomy:
A very well performance. Better than their previous one. Well executed.
9th performance performed by Manjeera Ganguly from Shreya's Team:
Song: Hare Rama Hare Krishna(Song selected by SLB)
Figure of Anatomy:
A fantastic performance. Wow! Simply wonderful. After Sumitra's (SVOI 1) rendition of this song Manjeera's one is definitely the second best.
10th performance performed by Piyush from Sonu Nigam's Team:
Song: Maa from the film Taare Zameen Paar (Song selected by Shreya Banshali)
Figure of Anatomy:
Through his performance he just proved one thing that he can not sing all types of song. This song is basically very emotional even when to feel but he just made that kinda rock one. Feeling nothing but sad as he just injustices with the song. Also the so called judges agreed the same.
11th performance performed by Geet Sagar from Shreya's Team:
Song: Shukur Allah Al Hamdulliah (Song selected by SLB)
Figure of Anatomy:
He tried his best but yet to execute even near to perfect. Missed the sur twice and moreover his voice is not perfect for such sort of song. He just made the song emotional rather than to be a happy spiritual one.
12th performance performed by Deewana Group from SLB's Team:
Song: Yeh Dil Deewana (Song selected by Sonu Nigam)
Figure of Anatomy:
Really I didn't expect such performance from Deewana Group for this type of song as they've been always used to performing Quawali or Spiritual/Sufi type of songs. Very well executed. Very well done. They did proper justice with the song.
BEST PERFORMANCE:
Nirmitee Group!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Are ya kidding! The worst decision. I am speechless.
Final result of Exorcism (Verdict):
A very good show with lots of good performances except the result of the best performance. It seems the judges came from hell only to show up and for nothing else.
