Maan's hand was still on top of Geet's..."hey Babaji...what do I do? Should I ask him to remove his hand? (she looks at him..he was looking straight ahead) it seems like he doesn't know that his hand is on top of mine...if I ask him to remove it then it would be awkward for both of us or he might take it the wrong way as if I don't want his hand on top of mine...it feels great and I wish time could freeze right now to this moment..but it is not possible...what do I do? My first plan failed...it was stupid of me..of course he has his other hand free..and my stupid self I ended up dropping it toward his side...so I can't lean over him to grab it..although aaahhh that would be so hot...he looks so fit...I want to touch his body...oh my god...I could tell he has perfect abs underneath that shirt...(she sighs)
I wonder when he goes to the gym and where...I should join the gym too.Arjun keeps telling me I am getting fat with all the sweets I eat and if I have a chance with Maan..I need to look I belong with him and with his hotness...I would pretend that I bumped into him there and both of us will live happily ever after at the gym...oh my god he has perfect chiseled face with those lips and eyes...I could look at his face 24/7 without blinking...and his arms oh my god...I could see some definition of his muscles.. (she watched him run his fingers through his hair...she caught a glipse of his muscles on his arm...) oh my god...I am going to die...I want to touch his dole and feel them...(she comes out of her dream land) oye Geet...stop drooling over him and get back to your mission "hand removal" you can be creepy and weird later when you go home...but for now...think of a way to remove your hand...what to do..what should I do..Babaji help me..."
Maan was staring in the front on purpose to make Geet realize that he doesn't know about his hand on top of hers...he was quietly observing her from the corner of his eyes...he was trying so hard not to smile..."I wonder what she is thinking about...I want to see what she comes up with...(he notices her being dazed out...and looking at him...he wanted to smile and hug her..) damn if she makes this cute face I won't be able to hold myself back...what is she thinking about? (he was confused...he followed her eyes to his arm...) ohh so Ms. Geet you want to see my muscles...well I don't mind...let me give you a little show here...(he runs his fingers through his hair...making sure to define his dole's...he watched her mouth opening wide enough for a bug to go in...) Don't smile Maan...don't smile or else she would know that you know what she is thinking about..."
"Geet think..think of a way to get your hand out...come on...you are a smart girl...I know you can come up with something...think think think..." (Geet smiles when she comes up with a perfect plan..) "this has to work...(she takes out her cell phone...and pretends to call her brother...Maan looks at her confused..."what is she up too?")
Geet: Hi..where are you? ohh you are driving...hmm ok I will text you...(she hangs up the phone..."ohh Ms. Geet...I must say you came up with a good excuse...but not good enough..." he smirks...she was about to remove her hand Maan stops her...)
Maan: Geet...sorry to intrude but you said that your brother is driving right now?
Geet: yeah..I was about to text him..
Maan: Don't do that..its dangerous..what if he gets into an accident while he is reading your text? Its more dangerous then drinking and driving...you don't want him to get distracted now do you?
Geet: ohh you umm you are right...(she puts the phone back in her pocket..."stupid, gaddi, ulu di pathi..bandari kahiki...you couldn't think of another excuse...what was the need to say driving...so that plan failed...now what...think Geet your stop will be here soon...come up with something...(she thinks) ha that has to work..."
"what is she doing now..she is def. up to something...I see a evil smile on her face...remember Maan no matter what...don't let her succeed..." he watches Geet close her eyes and scrunch her nose she sneezed and the thing he knew she took out her hand...he looked down at his hand and then back at her...she smiled at him and said sorry..."hmm she is cleaver...that was a perfect plan...but since she took out her hand so early..she will pay for this..." He smiles...
"Balle balle Geet...you did it...he didn't even notice what you had done...good job..but next time be careful...you always do something stupid to put yourself in embarrassing situations but this time you saved yourself..." Their stopped was arriving..Geet got ready with her stuff...making sure that she didn't forget anything...Maan and Geet both stand up as the stop arrived...before Geet could get out of the bus..Maan holds her hand while Geet looks at him confusingly...Maan smiles and kisses the back of her hand...he looked at Geet...who was red as a tomato...
Maan: Thank you for this wonderful ride...and listening to my story...(She looks down...and walks ahead in a daze...she was about to loose her balance on one of the steps...when Maan caught her hand and helped her balance her..."this is what you get for taking your hand from me..." She just walks off after getting off the bus without looking back at Maan...after seeing Geet leave..Maan walks back smiling to himself..he saw Adi...he got into the car with him and drove off...)

A week has been passed like this and still both didn't get that far...they were still talking to each other as friends without confessing their true feelings for one another...Adi was getting frustrated with Maan's behavior...whenever he would see him after getting off the bus he would behave like a teenage boy with a huge crush...he always had this huge grin on his face and whenever Adi would try to talk to Maan about what happened he would always reply back to him as uh huh or no or yes..it was like talking to a wall...here he was trying to help him but no Maan likes to work slow...
Adi cursed himself for even getting involved with Maan and his love affair..."if I knew that it was going to be this slow..then I would've have never offered to help him...it is like torture for me to even watch this anymore...if I see his grinning face one more time then I will freaking punch daylights out of him...he will never know what hit him..." He sees Maan getting out of the bus and as usual he had a huge grin on his face while Geet was blushing..."what is going on...for a week both have been doing the same routine..but not anymore..I will get to the bottom of this even if it kills me.." Maan got inside the car...Adi waited for Maan to say something but as usual he was smiling to himself and sighing like a little boy...Adi cleared his throat to get his attention but nothing happened...then Adi yelled his name but still no response from Maan...Adi took of his seat belt and punched Maan on his arm really hard...Maan came out of his thoughts and screamed...
Maan: Owww what the hell was that for?
Adi: I have been calling your name for few minutes now and when I got no response from you...I had no other option but to punch you
Maan: whatever...anyway let's go...
Adi: NO...I am not going anywhere until you answer my questions
Maan: what questions...
Adi: I don't know like hmm (pretends to think) ohh yeah have you told her how you feel yet?
Maan: umm no...
Adi: what have you been doing then? For the past week, I have seen you coming out with a big smile on your face while Geet blushes like there is no tomorow
Maan: umm just holding hands...I kiss her hand before she gets down...let me tell you it seemed so magical...
Adi (shakes his head): maan do you hear youself? Magical? You are talking like a girl
Maan: what that is how it is when I touch her hand...
Adi: Even a turtle will move faster then you guys..by now a turtle would've found a girl and married her...but you are happy about just holding hands...if you guys want to spend the time holding hands for the rest of your life then fine by me...why do I care...
Maan: Adi i know I am moving slow but whenever she is in front of me
Adi (intrupts him) ya ya ya whenever she is in front of you you forget everything...but now Maan you have to change that or else you might see her with someone else
Maan: That won't happen...I know she likes me..or else she wouldn't blush when I kiss her hand
Adi: Fine if you say you but Maan what would you do if her parents choose someone else for her...what would you do then?
Maan (thinks "i didn't think about this at all...he is right...holding hands is not engouh..I have to tell her how I feel as soon as possible before it is too late...") you are right...I will...I am Maan Singh Khurana after all...I could do this...i mean I didn't become MD of KC just like that...I will get what I deserve...(Adi looks at him helpless..."I know by tomorrow his little MSK speech will be out the window...")
Adi: let's go now
Maan: ya...in fact I will go and tell her right now...i don't want to be late you know...(he was really hyped up)
Adi (puts a hand on his shoulder): Maan relax..first you need to practice what to say...or even better write it down on your arm or on a piece of paper...
Maan: ok...we have to practice...lets go...I need to go home and practice...(Adi laughs and starts to drive off) what if I write a poem...like:

Adi: Are you serious? she is not a kid...think of something better...
Maan (thinks): hmm ok how about...
