I dont watch this show regulary but usually i catch glipses and i get the idea of whats going on.

but how come karan is happy with tanya and her baby?
What happened to nandani? is she still in jail?

Yea Savita is dead. She was in a telephone box ringing Tulsi 2 say sorry 4 misunderstanding her, then a big van i think, crushed the telephone box while she was in. She then went 2 hospital and told Tulsi 2 turn off her machine. Tulsi listened and turned it off.
