There isn't a coke studio forum in the MTV section so I had no choice but to post this in the only music-related forum

Mods, if you guys ever create that forum then you can move this thread there if you'd like 😊

Did any of you guys happen to catch the premier episode of coke studio india? It's where a mixture of artists come together and collaborate songs and music.. experiment with different languages from different states

I love coke Studio pakistan...i have heard some great songs...

And I duno.. I wasn't that happy with the premier episode of CS India

Like I appreciated how they attempted to mix languages and instruments.. it was interesting for sure.. BUT I felt like the guitar and the drums ruined every song.. the music was TOO loud.. it seemed to overpower the singers' voices, which should never happen.. it seemed more like shor than music

Hopefully it gets better in the future 😃

omg what a coincidence.. one of my friends here (somone999) had shown me a song on coke studio by the same girls (zeb and haniya) and she loved the rubab as well! 😃

I Wanted to include this song too in my post...😳 Zeb and Haniya are just amazing..you sshould listen to their other songs too (in urdu) ...they are very talented...
