She was a widowed wife who made company with two thieves who were her husbands old friends and in the process made both of them believe she liked them to extract their help. That thumb licking thing was all but two seconds in the whole movie, is it silly to assume that is the point of a whole film.

And in ishqiya she's portraying a soft po*n actress who eventually died from what is generally believed to be suicide through overdose.

Seduction is seduction, but reducing just that one trait of a character to being equal to any other character who has a simular trait is wrong. If this were true, every single role all our bollywood heroines played is the exact same since they are all lovers who dance and sing.

I do think it's a similar role because in both films she is playing a prostitute! 😛 The difference for both Vidya and kareena comes, if they play the role differently...and we can only judge that once the film release..but right now...I think for both vidya and bebo the role is no different for both films!
