We know what they want us to know. We feel happy because they show us how to be happy. We feel sad on the day they decide the world is not such a great place to be in. They stretch, we stretch, they turn left, we turn left, they turn right, we turn right. They like, we like, they dislike, we dislike. While all this warming up with the media is going on, life passes us by on a sly. Yet, we need our daily news feed, more than we need our daily meal.
Our hungry minds want more from them and so, every day we open the news paper, even though the t.v. will have the latest news, or even the internet for that matter. Peoples' perspectives are more important to feed us curious cats.
In so many words, they control our minds or rather we happily let them. We are, more than willingly, their puppets.
Fulfilling the role of Narad Muni and justifying it completely, they let the world know which way it will be spinning today. Hey, it's a free world, thank God, anything goes.
