As i see several posts comparing Sanaya as Gunjan and as Khushi ( I havent seen MJHT, but I am loving San as Khushi) I think it is justified to have at least one thread where we can compare Barun as Shravan and Barun as Arnav.
So Barun fans please fill in here.
I cant write much at this moment as i am at work - but I want to point out that Shravan is a totally diferent character than Arnav and it must be very difficult for a TV actor ( not film actors as they never shoot in sequence ) to dispose the garb of the previous role and adorn the new one which is so so different and within such a short period of time ( most probably record short time for lead roles)
Shravan did not have an ounce of anger in him. He might burst out one moment , but next moment he was again his own good self. He was so damn poor - he did not have a rupee to his credit unless given by his dad. All he had was a head full of pranks and two idiotic friends . He smiled widely himself and made everyome ROFL along with him . He was never rude to any lady of the house or to his elders. His eyes always twinkled with naughtiness
So Barun comes to shoot for IPK... as Arnav .
The first thing he is instructed to do.
"You are not allowed to smile except only whn you r with your sister and that too once a week."
"You have to be rude and cruel all the time "
"Your eyes should constantly express hatred for the whole world"
Barun says
"Sir, I understand all these , but there must some similarity with my previous show , otherwise why did you select me for this role ?"
Director says
" Yes , we have some similarity , the girl you love here is also an orphan."
Baruns replies,
"O teri kii"
