Shovon Ganguly, from Kolkata, is one of the contestants on X Factor India. This 18 years old talented boy has a dream of becoming a playback singer. He loves classical and semi-classical. Shovon performed on 'Sun Le Yara' in Kolkata Auditions and got selected. He is now a part of Sonu Nigam's team in X Factor.

His voice and looks resembles Hemachandra. He is one of the contestants to look for.

Shovon Ganguly was then shortlisted in Boot Camp at Mumbai and then at Goa Camp, he became the Top 12 contestant on X Factor India
