Because Talli, with her infinite wisdom, does not know how to stay off others' stuff. She is too dumb to understand the hints and too blind to realize that she is no match for Gulaal.

Because Gullu cannot have fresh candies - things have to be old and dead for her to taste, therefore she was saving the candy until it was going to be really old and rotten. In the meantime, Talli licked it and stopped it from being a fossil. Gullu does not eat other people's stuff, you know, the lady has pride. 😉

Gullu's eyesight is getting worse by the day. She meant to slap Dushy Baby but instead it landed on Kesu, so she wanted to apologize to Kesu, but when Talli came into her room she thought it was Kesu standing there, so she apologized. (on a serious note, she really should've apologized to Kesar for her stupid behavior - that slap was W-R-O-N-G)
