Some wounds never heal, Tanthya...One can accept and move forward but at times the same wounds reopen when triggered..

With Emphasis on 'TRIGGER'..I agree with you...but at the same time, I would like to point out that there are people who make it a point of clearing the cobwebs holding them back and go for a new beginning, they don't forget but they don't allow the betrayal to cloud their life either and in my opinion Krishna is such a guy ... ..while Amma belongs to the always scratching and never allowing the wound to heal type..

Also keep in mind, after one half hearted Attempt , Pratigya just kept quiet and did not fight back nor countered Amma's moves ...so he still does know the extent of the duplicity ..

No Caris, IMO..there is a difference..in the first instance , he is still not entirely convinced and wants some words ..not the I'm innocent ..but some words which will convince him.. which did not come about whereas in the second instance he has already judged her..
