Sheema di as the disease and its treatment is really very complex the patient couldn't remember anything at once (its a necessary condition) there is a slow recovery ONLY(this is one of the evident differences in Amnesia and Dimensia) but yup the way they try to pull Ishaan's legs got on my nerves too thats there old habbit we can't help it I think what CV's are trying to show is they try to deviate his attention by doing all that stupid stuff so they should not be compelled to answer him if they would he might stress his brain at once in order to remember about what he doesn't Rem. and it can aggrevate patient's mental condition it may also cause him permanent memory loss or even mental retardation (yeh dimag ka mahajal hai😆 the most complex part of our body) and regarding how Ishaan didn't forget his professional life it involves learning that work through different brain centre in this disease person don't rem. anyone's identity and memories being a part of his life for a particular timespan that is controlled by different brain centre (hippocampus) and in Ishaan's case he was a software engineer even before his marriage so he remembers his work he can even Rem. the things he learned during that particular timespan whose EVENTS have vanished through his brain its possible and regarding Ishaan behaving like a mentally retard (I hate that the most😡) as I explained earlier too that the disease has an effect on person's psychological condition whereby they lose confidence and faith in their own memory and accounts of past events so his confused behaviour(which is the amplified behaviour of old Ishaan and champu Ishaan) is also justified (I know how much hate to say that🤢) Actually people are thinking that the CV's are trying to show old Bholu Ishaan being extremely champu they are actually co-relating the two things which are not co-related we all know that old Ishaan wasn't like that its the effect of the Disease which mahan CV's are trying to show in extra-ordinary way😆.As the disease only get cured by time through natural process plus different chemotherapies which I think Ishaan is using CV's toh got the chance to Drag the track and we as common people are not able to digest most of the facts.

@ Firlefly, thanks for your explanation, unfortunatley , I work with people with mental illness, thats my job, I dont have amnsia patients my self but have seen during therapy sessions, they are given THERAPIES , and FAMILIES are ALLOWED to HELP him/her , giving them RIGHT answers to there questions, they get medications to calm there nerves which Ishaan is taking. Agreed that a person looses his confidence, yes accepted and thats why Ishaan is behaving like that BUT only with Shashee kala!!! yes all his professional skills are there, I am not talking about that , I am taking about social side of it, when he is in office people talk about family , wife etc etc.
CV,s are doing a brilliant job in doing one thing and that is showing to Suhana that Ishaan loved you before when you rejected him, now you are after him and he is rejecting you , so tables are turned, other then that , this track doesnt mean anything to me, do what they want to do , treat how they want to treat, as thank God its not real. In reality a person in Ishaan,s place would definetly loose his mind as the family is confusing him more then helping him.
I am not a psychiatrist, I run a mental institution with Psychology degree and other stuff to help and make mentally ill people,s life little better with the help of medical professionals. So I agree with all your points and analysis you gave.
