Brief Update for May 3rd

hi- i dont know what happened to reepz, but here's a short update for yesterday!

At home

Biji is telling Anu how she has shamed them all with her love for Nikhil. Anu explains that she didn't do anything wrong and she had to tell them the truth. Meera asks her why she is out to ruin her own life? Meera tells her that there can be no name for her relationship with Nikhil. Anu says she doesn't want to give it a name. She explains that Nikhil is the first person she ever loved and maybe no one can take his place. Anu asks for forgivenes because she has always listened to her mom but can't today as she loves Nikhil too much. Yash looks on sadly, and Biji and Meera cry. Anu takes the photos and goes.

Tulika's house

Tulika's mom and Nikhil are talking- she says that Tulika has locked herself in her room and has decided to die! Nikhil and she run to Tulika's room. Nikhil keeps telling Tulika to open the door. She says that she won't. Inside she is calmly talking to herself saying that her drama has just begun and Nikhil will have to wait... Tulika starts tossing things all over the place. Nikhil keeps banging on the door and Tulika's mom says that Tulika has a cut on her hand too. Nikhil breaks the door open and sees Tulika standing with a gun to her head. He grabs the gun and asks her what's wrong. Tulika shows him the photos.

Anu's house

Anu is leaving for work but Meera blocks her way. She tells her that she will not go to work ever again. She drags Anu to a room. Yash follows and asks what's going on but Meera tells him to stay out of it. Meera pushes Anu into a room and says, "Forget about leaving the house. You will never leave this room." Anu cries against the door,

Downstairs, Yash tells Meera that she is doing the wrong thing. Biji says its right because no mother wants her daughter to commit the same mistake she made years before.😕 (I thought that happened just a few months ago- or they might be talking about ANu's dad)

Yash explains that what happened to Meera doesnt have to happen to Anu. He tells them to stop living in the past. He says that maybe Anu is wrong in their eyes but keeping her locked up is wrong too. Biji says she can not forget the past as she had to pay a great deal for what happened. Biji leaves.

Tulika's house

Nikhil tries to explain that nothing is between him and Ananya. Tulika's mom says that she can't believe him. Tulika gives in and says that she will forgive and forget. BUT Tulika's mom says "NO! This won't end until I believe that there is no relationship." Nikhil asks her what she wants him to do to prove it. She tells him to fire Anu. Nikhil gets upset and leaves. Tulika's mom laughs and Tulika says whether Nikhil does anything or not- I will do something to get rid of Anu.

Meera's Classroom

Meera walks into the classroom with the guy who hired her. He tells her to wait and goes to meet someone in his office. Its Tulika! He asks her what she wants. She says that a girl named Ananya Sachdev....The man says- yes her mom works here. Tulika goes on and says that Ananya is a crazy undisciplined girl and I want her out of my way as she is after my husband. She tosses the man a bunch of money and says this is my payment for your help.

Nikhil at home

Nikhil is thinking that he knows why the person tooks these photos but he doesnt know who did. He thinks that maybe someone sent these photos to Anu's home too! He gets scared and calls Sonia at work. He tells her to get in contact with Anu ASAP and tell her that Nikhil wants to speak with her. Abhi walks in and says that a problem just occurred- their latest issue for the magazine hasnt reached retailers because the truck carrying them had an accident. Nikhil says, "Had an accident or one was made to happen?"

Abhi says he doesnt understand who at Global Distributors would benefit from hurting them- after all they lose money if Frontpage loses money. Nikhil says he is confused too and that they should go the Global Distributor's office now.

Meera at home

Biji and Yash ask Meera why she is home early- Meera says she was fired. The man who hired Meera and a bunch of other people come outside of their house. Yash and Meera ask them what they want. The man says that his job is to clean out society's dirt and he wants Ananya. Yash tells him to speak clearly. The man says your sister was hired but a woman who has Ananya for a daughter can't teach anything to other kids. The man asks Meera if she is gonna bring her daughter or should they go in by force.

Meera brings Anu out. He says, "You remember that other problem (her pregnancy)- we didn't do anything then because we knew it was an accident- not your fault. This time it is your fault." Anu tells them to go away and do their work. The man says that they are doing there work. He says," I am sure you have heard that one bad person can contaminate a whole town?" Meera asks him to just say what he wants.

Sonya arrives on the scene and watches. The man says, "If you don't want something to happen....quietly marry your daughter to some man. You have one night only before...."
