The industry is abuzz with the news that Madhuri Dixit has invested in a mega property in the US. An insider swears that the dhak dhak actress has bought a mall in Florida worth millions of dollars.
The source gives details, "The mall is in downtown Miami. Though Madhuri lives in Denver, she decided to buy the mall in Miami, Florida as it is one of the hottest places for recreation and sees a lot of tourists which means shopping, and good business for a mall! It's purely for investment purposes. She doesn't plan to run it herself. She has also taken a loan from a bank. Big businesses may be taking a hit in the US, but she is determined to make it a profitable venture. Madhuri's children are growing up and she wants to establish herself as an entrepreneur as her acting career is already on the wane."
The source adds that for accounting reasons Madhuri's mall project is under wraps. "Madhuri has been instructed by her financial advisors not to talk about it. She has been signing TV reality shows and is keen to sign films to pay interest for the bank loans every month.
