As you and Meysimi has already mentioned, I too would say that K. Balachander sir has breathed his life into Tamil film as well as in television industry. He is a legend of all times. Neil in the hands of K. Balachander sir would do wonders... no doubt ! Its not that now he doesn't, he does give us marvellous performances in every episodes that makes me enjoy the show Gulaal.

Am sooo happy to find here the people who know and admire KB sir. Yes, Neil does give us marvellous performances but if he gets hit by the "modhira kai" as they say in Tamil, the rising star will emerge as a super star.

Ohhh.. Ya... brilliant idea of remaking the same show in Tamil with the same lead pair. Wouldn't that be amazing ??? WOW... I would love to watch it !

When Bidaai could be remade and telecast as Pirivom Sandhipom why not Gulaal? Hope somebody from star group stumbles upon this thread and takes the initiative.
