Also, Poco you forgot to maintain the reason people are so drawn to this character is because of the fact Abhay fulfills all the character any girl might want it a relationship. His faithful commitment to one girl , good looks, charm, pain, agony, miseries just connects with u so much, his irrevocable and unconditional love for Piya, and Maithali, and his savior nature. I guess he has the characteristics that women are looking in a prince charming. His intense, and irrecoverable for Maithali, and Piya . I mean he loves them so much, and most of the woman wanna be loved by a guy the same way. So u can imagine why people are so drawn to this character. His the perfect Prince Charming. And , I miss Abhay so much right now. I cry every day when I don't see him. Yes, on Friday's episode. Just a glimpse of him made him cry seeing how much I missed him. Hope he will be back soon. And, I did finish 2 boxes of tissues when he was frozen. About Jai! Ok Dude! Let see where he goes. I want him to keep pushing Piya to regain her memory, and I am sure he wants to kill Abhay. And, he wants to Piya to get to Abhay. And, do u think he will fall for her. Jai?😕

sure the story started as of pia's and her journey but pia story was out in the open from day one,

as of abhay his story was yet to be explored,so ppl were more interested in him😊

he gave the show an aura of mystery , excitement , suspense, thrill, that was all due to abhay.

his character was very interesting and deeo so automatically ppl began to connect with abhay

these days the show does not looks like a vampire show,

only after abhays re rentry the show can pick up again😊

Thank you, Syria. Coming from a totally literature background , I have had this strange fixation. Be it, books, TV series , fims, i connect to this one character and I become attached to it. In Buffy, it was Spike, in TVD, i see the Salvatore brothers as one, in GG, its Dan Humphrey , in the Indian soaps that I have followed , there has been this one character who gets my fancy. In PKYEK, its been Abhay. That is how it is .

I think the reason I have connected to Abhay is because of his ridiculously selfless natuer and the epic history behind him. To me , he is not a man. He is an enigma.

Abhay cannot come back right now , as much as we may want because logic and story flow doesn't allow it. Yet, we can see him if the creatives try. Aha, Metz' special appearance could be fun. 😉
