AMRITSAR PROVIDES ENGAGING SETTING FOR JASSI

Lead actors of popular soap 'Jassi jaissi koi nahin' arrived at the holy city today for shooting a few episodes at Harmandar Sahib.

Addressing a press conference on their maiden visit to the holy city, Mona Singh (Jassi) and Apoorv Agnihotri (Armaan) spoke at length on their roles in the serial.

Mona began with recalling how she always wanted to become an actress. "Jassi has given me an identity that's very close to my heart. She gives me the strength to survive the odds and teaches me that everything is possible in this world. I never rehearse before shooting for this role or else the acting becomes mechanical. When I'm Jassi, I forget Mona and every word comes from my heart", she says of the serial that has struck a chord with the viewers.

Regarding the shooting in Amritsar, she said, "The story takes an interesting turn at this juncture. Jessica is proved innocent of Jassi's murder. Balwant Walia and his family decide to visit Harmandar Sahib. Armaan follows Jassi to Amritsar. The viewers will see how Jassi's dream comes true when Armaan proposes marriage."

Agnihotri joined in, "Armaan HAS ROMANTIC AND EXCITING PLANS UP HIS SLEEVE. HE WANTS HIS LADY LOVE AT ANY COST. When he proposes, Jassi is shocked (?) and elated. Rings are exchanged and the two are on cloud nine."

(So is Deepa! Harmandar Sahib's just a stone's throw from my place.

Ashu, i'm sure you are doing this! Hope to atleast get a peak of him and Jassi together.

Wow!...Deepa sweety, you should go there and give T&D and Armu a message from us...DO NOT SEPERATE ARMAAN AND JASSI...we will not wait for them to get married till 2006...we will NOT put up with Jassi or Armaan marrying or getting together with anyone else...enough of these STUPID guest stars...
