piya memory loss is confusing

everone has to say a different story about piya ,arnavv said he told piya that she came to dehradun to find her father ,they found her ,all lived happily ,while panchi in sbb told she only remembers about her family ,rest she forgot ,but my point when she came to dehradun she hated her father ,so where s the hatred gone ?or either they explained her everything what hapend ,how can convice her that she had come to find about her father ,she has only forgoten her storyafter when she entered dehradun not the part as to y she came in dehradun...guess its blooper

piya old look belonged to girl who was simple ,she lived happy with what she got even it was already used by someone ,this piya is arnav dobriyals daughter rich girl..

It also could be when Abhay took her memory away he took the bad feelings and hurt she had felt when she first arrived so she can live a life of happeiness and not pain
