guys main aaj jab phir se in love with enemy read kar rahi thi,means usme bhi woh waala scene jab maan geet ki finger main ring dekhta hai aur usse mrs. malhotra keh ke call karta hai toh uske baad ye line likhi thi wahan

Maan didn't know when he uttered those words...will come back to him one day ...and stab him till death ...
Human beings often play with words ..and in rage spill something which they even don't mean...but destiny plays with them.,..making the words uttered by them to come back to them like boomerang ..

aap mujhe plz iss line ka meaning bataiye,kya maan mar jayega,kya geet ki shaadi dev se ho jayegi,agar aisa kuch nahi hone waala toh balle balle lekin agar...agar aisa hai toh lets request reet di to change the end .

those lines mean that maybe some situations would come which will separate them or something and maan will realize that destiny had played a cruel game with him. it does not mean that they will be permanently separated or maan wold die. i think it would just be a small twist... whatever we need to wait for next update. by d way i just wrote my pov, it can be something else totally in the story
