Well,we are back!!😎with a bang!

So,we welcome you all to the revamp of SGP Chronicles-The newsletter of SGP Forum.

which has become...bigger and better!😎

and to celebreate this ocassion,we proudly present before you...

1st March 2010 was the day when a show called Sasural Genda Phool was telecasted first. None at that time knew this show is going to be the quality show that we have been missing for a long time and also going to be a huge hit. There is no unnecesary crying, no negativity, no fights, no secret plans, no loud Background, no circling camera. It is the most simplest show we can
see right from the house to the costumes, from their dialogues to the Background score. Its been a year now and SGP has given us a lot.

There have been many reasons for people to start watching this show. The joint-family concept, huge Ragini Fan because of Bhaskar Bharati, OBS viewer, light hearted show, etc, etc. Whatever the reason might have been, SGP fulfilled the wishes of people. SGP gave us two totally different but lovely families in Bajpais and Kashyaps. One a nuclear family and another a joint family. The Old Delhi set up added a lot to the story. Every character in SGP, were real. There was no exaggeration in anyway in the characterisation.

No one will deny that the character of Suhana is nearly the success of the story. Portrayed fantastically well by Ragini Khanna, we laugh, cry, get angry along with her. Her innocence and her pure heart is loved by everyone. The contrasting Ishaan played by Jay, his simplicity, innocence, understanding nature again is loved by all. SGP also has the best cast ever. Supriya, Sudhir, Anita, Sooraj, Shruti, Sadia, Mahesh(Add ji's for all) and Jiten, Bhairavi, Pooja, Shyam, Akhsay, Tapeshwari are just great in their characters.

We got to see so many beautiful relationships shown. A beautiful relationship between Suhana-Badi Maa, an enjoyable Dada-Dadi, Full on Masti brothers in Inder-Ilesh-Ishaan, Sisters love in R&D-Suhana, Wonderful bonding in Radha Bua-Badi Maa and Badi Maa-Rano, father-daughters in KK-Suhana-Sanju, Mother-Son in RB-Deepak, Understanding in Badi Maa-Alok,
Cuteness in Suhana-Alok and Suhana-Meeti and above all, such a lovely beautiful relation in Sushaan. Every relation has a speciality which has been shown superbly well in SGP. The various scenes we have got, soo many lessons and messages put across are truly amazing.

SGP has also created something very very special. The SGPFF meaning SGP Forum Family. We here in SGP Forum have become like a family itself. We come here and discuss the show, what we liked, what we did not like, etc. Apart from the discussions we have had sooo many masti here but at the same time have gained a lot here. We wait more for Laxmi di's update and emoticons more than the episode itself. We find happiness in finding bloopers and also have our official blooper queens.We have acquired a great skill of filling up pages with our Bak Bak with the help of BBC gang that any thread can easily cross 150pages.

We have been like a family, coming and reporting at our home daily, talking about what we did in the day, sharing our happiness, problems and sadness. We have celebrated festivals together, watched matches together, celebrated SGP milestones together, partyed for award functions together, have never let go an opportunity to leg pull others, have never failed to welcome new comers into our family, have always respected others views and have always loved everyone as our own. We dont know whether its the magic of SGP or the magic within ourselves. Iam sure many of us could not keep ourselves off the forum. Many do not even watch the show continuously because of commitments, but never fail to have discussions in the forum. Exams, vacation, be it anything, SGPFF has always been a part. We cannot even say we are friends as we have been like a family here.

Iam proud to be a viewer of SGP and part of SGPFF as you all are. I hope this family that we are in continuous forever.

Well itz very nice n well organized forum...thanks to the mods for handling it carefully n to the members for putting live into it with all their lovely comments n bak bak n making it the best forum out of all.

Reason for liking ths forum as there is no tension all the time happiness is around even if tensions exists u guyzz turned it into happiness...i really get refreshed after visiting ths forum.

Its difficult to describe as there have been so many but I guess one that I will always remember is my conversations in the BBC with Rubal, Feefi and Netri. It was so funny I laughed so much that my mother kept giving me strange looks as to why I was laughing so much. 😆

- Shattys FF, especially the very first few parts that were updated'everyone participated in the "after-party" ' I still remember the flying shetty picture!!!! 🤣

- BBC 'Loved how back in february, we used to comple BBC within 15 16 hrs but now everyone is busy including me 😔

- Cricket thread ' especially when pak and india played!!!😳 Loved the match even though Pakistan lost 🥺

I love the fact that everyone is so friendly out here. There have been many moments to cherish. My most favorite moment would have to be when I had posted a topic (long ago😆) during the Sona track in the show. We had got to know that Suhana would be leaving home. It was a big rant on my part because I hadn't seen the original and didn't know how the track would culminate, but I got a lot of sympathetic comments, and PMs telling me that I should not worry, and that Suhana's absence was gping to be temporary😆 I was touched😳

There's nothing that I dislike about the forum. As I said, people are very friendly here and everyone's been very nice to me😃 Also I love how the Dev. team is also very approachable and open to suggestions ⭐️ Three cheers for Shweta, Arpita, Haaki, Shounak, Aman, Manasi, Kiran and Nipun👏👏👏

So many , but most memorable was when we all were on Sony website to chat with Ragini and all Sgpians rocked there, we felt like a unit in that crowd. Second was when I panicked and PMed Shounak about the future track of Cancer as not use to of Indian Soaps and serioulsy took it as Suhana might die!!! Shounak was so nice at that time and reassured me to carry on watching SGP as nothing would happen to Suhana 😆😳 and last but not the least Laxmi,s post on a Sunday !! 😳😳 before the SR episode and we had so much girly giggles with out realising that Rubal was there too!! we were bit naughty 😳😳.

Absolutely fantastic, all the members are sensible , ocassional wierdos pops up though but all the SGPians mostly keep the cool and Achay Say Maar Kar Bhaga Daitay Hain with our MANNERS. Dislike ... well there is one , some times Dil Chataa Hai Khul Kar Serials ke Waat Laganay Ka but not possible as most people love those serials and we are in mionrity plus it would become a war zone like the one we had during SPA. In a way we are lucky that most of us agrees to disagree with out getting personal.

Thank God I am not studying and I am self employed as I would have failed and sacked from the job as I am totally addicted to this forum and its members just like people get hooked to Face Book. Its like I am back to school college days with more sense!! really really proud of all our members here, well mannered knows how to give respect and gain repect, I wouldnt mind if my children would join a forum like this one ( that I have to check!!!)

I completely love everything about the forum. The people, their discussions, their way of talking, the atmosphere. Everything. 😊However, if I have to choose a single best moment then it has to be the time when I first came on this forum and I chatted for 3 hours that day (remember? the BBC mission? 😆). I was actually surprised when people said that they love what I write. That was something completely unexpected. I never thought people would love it so much. Plus, it was the first time I got so many replies on my FF. 😃

I hate this forum. 😡(and if I say that, I am the biggest looser in the world.) I will loose everything. You guys are sooo good. After a really bad day, I can still come to SGP forum and feel happy that I have so many friends. I love the discussions here. We talk about everything to nothing (mostly nothing) 😆.I love the atmosphere here. I don't feel so happy even if I stalk other forums. It makes me feel at home. Plus the extra friendly "normal" "unvampish" people make this forum a MEMORABLE place. I can seriously never forget this forum in my life. ⭐️

Awesome Post( Its becoming Cliche now😆)...Nyways Excellent Post😆...U Guyzz are so Hardworking Yaar...Took Itna Time to Make this NL...Very Commendable Job Everyone who was involved in this...BTW I get to know U SGPians...That U all are so Diplomatic😆...Becozzz U simply cant specify...Specify Only...which memebers u want to meet...Chalo i was not diplomatic in this nd Gave clear answer whom I want to meet nd whom not😛...
