Very well deserved MJ Band, although he was worthy of it from before, BUT, I think the wait was well worth it and made it all the more special! 😍

P.S. --> the way D handles himself on stage is so sweet.. no one can ever say that he is popular because of "emotional stories and publicity" (including myself).. his reaction to the MJ band and his words after he received it, proves that he wants to be known for his DANCE only. 👏

completely agreed to your last point, i remember in season 2, when mithunda was talking about how hard dharmesh's father worked to earn money, mithunda even got amotional, but dharmesh was very normal about it, he didn't cry, told that his father worked very hard for him, thanked him etc...but he never showed too many emotions to get public sympathy...respect to him for that !!!!

Jessica -- THANK YOU for pointing this out. I couldn't understand why Remo said to Dharmesh that he hasn't done many other styles other then hip hop. You know, it's just that when D came on stage and did Hip Hop, it was always SO good that it ends up overshadowing a lot of his other performances, but that doesn't mean his attempt in various styles should be ignored. I didn't support him in DID 2 because I couldn't understand all the hype for D and Shakti when they were no where near as versatile compared to Amar and Amrita, possibly Binny to.. but D at least attempted many styles (freestyle/contemporary, latin, waltz, folk, mime, bollywood, etc.)! Remo himself didn't attempt enough styles in DID 2 for his students, so for him to say that.. was kind of saddening! lol 😆

Yeah I know Siddhesh didnt get the arm band in season 1 which is why I mentioned about "thats what I call a..." comment. Cos I remember Siddhesh saying before the grand finale episode in season 1 that he has always craved for that comment and some day he wants to get it. (Which is why he was in tears when Remo finally said it to him in DKS). Yea true Remo perhaps was harsher on D cos of the high votes. Though I have to disagree with him about his "lack of versatility"😕

I still believe Dharmesh's best performance so far is his audition performance and Chura ke dil mera performance.

oh yeah !!!😊 that audition performance is still a masterpiece n i bet after watching it for 2 ,3 hundred tyms i can still watch it and neva get tired watching it...heheh..

YESSS!!!! FINALLY SOMEONE POINTED IT OUT!!!! I agreee! Remo would ALWAYS target Dsir even though Dsir attempted a LOT of styles! He was pretty versatile..he attempted almost EVERYTHING in his duos and trios..in his solos, he did more of his style , but still excelled in many others.. well why not right? We started loving him with his popping and if we don't get to see any of it at all, we are going to miss it!! Mithunda and even REMO HIMSELF SAID THAT TO DSIR so I don't even understand how he can tell Dsir to do "something else". That really made me feel upset. Prince NEVER attempted anything else, and Remo knows that. Also, Remo himself told Dsir that you should always have that one step of yours even if you're doing contemporary..and later he was like I AM SERIOUS. Then why these complaints? Anyhow, I LOVED THE WAY REMO PRESENTED THE BAND TO DSIR! IT COULDN"T HAVE BEEN IN A BETTER WAY, so I REALLY appreciate Remo for that. He knew that Dsir deserved it,and only wanted it from Remo, so yes!!! Hope everything's fine now..I don't like him picking on people for no reason!

Hey.. quick question.. been wanting to know this since long.. punit mentioned in the limelight that now finally 4 dancers from DID 2 have received the MJ band.. 1 is punit, 2nd is shakti, 3rd dharmesh.. who's the 4th one ? i dont remember anyone elsengetting the band during DID season 2 apart from punit and shakti..

Amar got it when he was eliminated...He gave a fab performance.😊
