Hey guys, something really intresting we found at Bandini's wikipedia page at FB.
The page is taken care off by Imagine tv, so the information written there is absolutely true.

The reason for BANDINI's exit stated there is busy schedule of Ronit sir.
The page says that -

Show got cancelled by Ekta Kapoor because as the main lead Ronit Roy had to go out of India for couple of months and was not able to shoot any scene's for Bandini and therefore Bandini had been cancelled by Balaji Telefilms.
NOTE: Bandini was renewed on January 3, 2011 by Imagine TV. On January 12, 2011 Ekta Kapoor declined the contract and decided to cancel it, because of Ronit Roy was not able to shoot.

So, now we all know the REAL reason for Bandini's exit.!

But it has given me a new hope that Imagine will definitely give Bandini season 2 as they wanted to keep Bandini on their channel.

Also, yesterday when my frnd asked Imagine to make setting changes at their website forum Imagine replied him within 5 minutes saying they'll do it asap and they made changes withing half an hour :)) now our forum at their website is at TOP .lol :P

Imagine TV's most longest running show Bandini was an Indian soap opera that aired every Monday to Friday at 10:30pm prime time slot for the past years. It was produced by the Indian soap queen Ekta Kapoor of Balaji Telefilms. It is also Imagine TV's top, most watched and awarded show presently. Bandini had completed its half a milestone reaching 500 episode, it was and is the only Imagine TV show which has reached more than 500 episodes.

On January 29, 2011 more than 19 million viewers in India watched Bandini's finale on Imagine TV, It was one of the highest ratings of Imagine TV since the finale of "Rakhi Ka Swayamvaar"

Replacement / Show Cancelation

Bandini had to been replaced soon as Balaji Telefilms cancelled the series.

Later it was replaced by Imagine TV's "Pardes Mein Mila Koi Aapna" on February 1, 2011 at the 10:30pm prime time slot for Imagine TV.

Show got cancelled by Ekta Kapoor because as the main lead Ronit Roy had to go out of India for couple of months and was not able to shoot any scene's for Bandini and therefore Bandini had been cancelled by Balaji Telefilms.

Note: Due to its successful ratings across from the world from February 21, 2011 Bandini currently re-airs in the U.K every Monday to Friday on Imagine TV at 1:00pm (GMT), to give it's viewers another chance to see the romance of Ronit Roy and Aasiya Kazi.

It was initially said that Bandini would also re-air in other continents such as North America (U.S.A and Canada) and The Gulf of Arab (U.A.E, Qatar and Saudi Arabia). After reviewing it was later rejected by the foreign network as they could not find any prime time or afternoon slot for imagine to air the series to air on its original network.

i loved the line "romance between Ronit Roy and Aasiya" hehe :P

see it clearly indicates that Imagine wants Bandini.

You know I checked the official Bandini Fb page, it was made almost after a year of Bandini that's last week of december 2009. And the thing that should be noticed is they included season1 in their info during the time of first ten year leap. So does that mean they always wanted Bandini season 2? Coz none of the other shows' page have season written in them.

but guys remember when same thing was said earlier that because of rr bandini is over, rr denied that there were other reasons.than when rr has no time how can we look forward for bandini2 ,to think of it now rr is doing a weekly,movies,kc4 why will he do a daily soap which takes up so much of his time.?

We had earlier reported that Pardes Mein Mila Koi Apna on Imagine was under the scanner but the latest news that has come in is that it will be axed.

A source says, "The channel has not been very happy with the way this show has been going. It hasn't been successful in getting the right numbers for the channel also imagine incurred heavy losses because of it and neither has it earned enough curiosity hence the channel has decided to pull it off-air. The show's last telecast date was to be May 27 just like that of Kitni Mohabbat Hai and Gunahon Ka Devta but now it will stay till June 3 which will be its last telecast date.

"Since the production house did not know that the show would be pulled off-air this soon they haven't yet worked on the end. But, most probably the end will be around Sarje Rao (Kapil Nirmal) as the story revolves around him. And it will be a happy ending."

RR's busy schedule was a known fact for a while...Many had thought that this was the reason for the end of Bandini...Anyway, if there are hopes of Bandini 2, it would be great.

Ronit will do Bandini 2 or not.?
My answer he will. Don't ask me the reason :P that's a secret of our Bandini group at FB :P am i right Ramo di ;)

we've got a lot of hints by the man himself that forces us to think he is intrested in Bandini and it's fanz.lol :P
