Bhavani alongwith Rimjhim,Yashoda and Kaveri go to Megha International to meet the Board of Directors and stop them from selling the hotel. Durga on the other hand is trying to convince the directors that it is important to sell the hotel off. Just then Rimjhim and Bhavani enter with their share certificate of 20% shares in the hotel and Bhavani convinces the board of directors that they can run Megha International successfully. The management of the hotel is handed over to Bhavani and Durga walks off in anger. Everyone is happy. Bhavani is worried as to how he will arrange money to bail Rakesh out. Irawati tells him that she has arranged the money by selling the piece of land her father had gifted her. Rakesh is released and everyone is happy. He apologises to Yashoda for his wrong doings and says he would find Avinash.Prem calls Rimjhim up and gives her some important news.

Chhotu is following up Vijay, but he is not been trapped and Vijay suceeds in running away. Chhotu informs Prem and Rimjhim in this regard. Rimjhim come back into Sukh Shanti Sadan in disappointing and tells everything to Yashoda. Rimjhim receives a call from the site that somebody has thrown stones on Kaveri. Rimjhim along with Yashoda hurriedly reach at that site where she teaches a lesson to Pratap in her own way. Bhavani comes to know about the incidence that had taken place at the site and he scolds Rimjhim in this regard. Vijay calls up Mama to inform him that he will come there. Rakesh is looking to depress because nobody wants to make any deal with him. Bhavani comes there and says that first of all he would have to change his identity.
