The mapillai who is supposed to marry Durga is being lectured by his mom, about durga's character. Murali tells his mom about how rajasekar had called him and informed him about everything & he knows there is nothing between durga & rajasekar & asks his mom not to speak like this. He says that durga is an extrememly nice person & they should be lucky to get her in this house. Deepak who comes to see murali is hiding and listening to everything. At this time murali's mom says that only becasue durga's sister sneha herself said this, she got confused, deepak is shocked. but murali says rajasekar & deepak are extremely good people , but it is so sad that deepak got such a wife.

Deepak comes out and further glorifies durga and gives money to mapillai sir to buy chain , clothing etc as it is customary to do these.

Radha & raja at the school in the principal's room, along with the parents of the boy who got hurt. RAdha supports her son, that other parent, says the entire school is talking about this. The other parent is arguing with radha. Radha apologises for her son, and asks them to forgive him. The other parent is very upset and says theri son is in the hospital. so take severe action against raja. Radha is begging the principal. The other parent threatens to spoil the schools name. Radha is begging. Principal says if we excuse him, today it will make other people to act up. So for the time being they suspend raja. Radha is begging. But the principal requests her to leave. Radha and raja leave. Principal says that she will give tc but not now as it iwll aggrevate the situation.

Jans & durga are talking, and durga says dont ever trust giri, jans says she will not ever think of giri. Kalidas comes and sees durga & jans talking. Kalidas asks about her kalyanam. durga says she is ocnfused. kalids & jans tease durga. durga says u see, before i get to the mana medai, my rasi will go sit there, kalidas gets upset. then he tells them about meeting manju. he says manju wants to have valikappu. so they plan to ask for permission to get manju out for a day.

Shakthivinayagm teases giri about getting beat up by everyone in the route. HE then suggests to giri to take the kuRuku route. Giri asks him to go his way & he will go his way. SV is thinking that one day giri will come looking for him.

Raja & Radha are discussing the school issue. Alfonso saab comes & radha explains the entire episode to him. Alfonso says i have a doubt, about why the little kid spoke bad about you. Radha says even that confused me. I dont know who is responsile. alfonso is telling yogamma is behind all this, i will ask kalidas to watch her. raja is listening to this, & when alfonso asks if his grandma is coming to visit him, raja leaves that place. radha is concered. alfonso says that as he grows he will understandthe truth.

Little vijay and grandma are talking. He wants her to sign his report card, so he asks her to sign. THe dad comes and looks at vijays grade & is upset, so grandma asks her son to get home at a decent time and teach him.
Vijay gets his card signed, his dad gets a call, where someone talks about a person & they plan to attack him when he is alone.

Athai is taking milk for deepak, who gets interrupted by sneha & takes the milk away fromher to give it to deepak. Sneha gives the milk to deepak, who throws it away. Sneha says what happened now. Deepak asks what did durga do to you, she loves you to death, then why are you doing this. Deepak brings the valayal incidence, the sweet kadai incidence, the poison stuff, 5 lakh stuff, and now why she is hell bent on stopping the wedding. Deepak says i know it is you who spread such rumors about my dad & durga. Now you have gone to murali's amma. Deepak says i have warned you time and again. Im not talking to you for a joke. Im suffering so much inside of me because of you. Sneha is just listening & seems more irritated. Sneha says what durga has on me is not pasam, you are not divorcing me cause you are worried about your dad. so i know that you guys are acting, i cannot act like you guys. Athai is listening to everything. Man this sneha & her disgusting dialogues & attitude. poor deepak is so so very helpless. sneha says that if you all think of doing anything good for durga, i will stop it either by giving my life or taking another life. Deepak now is getting quiet furious. Deepak says we will make a heavenly life for durga, but in the bargain you will end up loosing your good life. sneha challenges deepak. AThai starts to cry, deepak notices athai, a very emotional scene.
