These are serials afterall and they do not depict reality. As far as doctors go, my husband was diagnosed incorrectly for a back problem and was given epidural shots when there was no need for it. Now can I say that the US system of doctors sucks? My daughter was put on a horrible medicine when there was nothing wrong with it and when she started to have nausea and other side effects for the medicine, I took her to another doctor who was wondering why she was on the medicine in the first place!!! Doctors and treatments differ and it cannot be generalized the ethics and morals suck in a country. To me there are areas in US to where morals and ethics do not stand to my level, but then that is my problem.
I agree with you completely on the above.. Especially on the Doctors in US part. We have bad doctors here in the US too (I have some personal experiences on that) and just like you I would not generalize and say that Doctors in US suck. Just like Doctors and Education system in India does not suck either...! As I said I was in a pretty progressive school even 15 years ago in India. So, we have good and bad everywhere.
