radhika5- lovely points. ram is a doer, krishna a teacher: both ram and krishna were doers. They acted all their lives. Ram performed his actions as prescribed by Dharma while Krishna knew they were all part of a "play" of Maya. So, to call Krishna a teacher and imply that he did not act, that is erroneous. Krishna is a very subtle character.
You are right--Ram is easy to understand--his actions were more straightforward and he followed the path of dharma--and krishna is lot more complex but subtle--He is a doer--but his actions are more through teaching "dharma" to others and having others follow the path of dharma--like in Mahabharat where he is a teacher of Arjun...
Now, coming to Dev and Rads, here, the 12 year devotion of rads towards her "husband" shows her shradda (commitment) and saburi (patience) towards that connection she felt with her dear friend. It is to be noted that all the vows in the Hindu marriage is taken with a "friend" (sakhi)- not beloved. ----------love this concept--
Love has no proof and the ultimate test for dev will be that- recognizing that how much ever he is determined to accept rads as his "brother's wife", deep within in his soul, there is a link between the two of them that cannot be denied.
Let us watch and see how this story proceeds.---really looking forward to what happens and how this conflict between Ram and Krishna is resolved and how Dev changes from Ram to Krishna...-----your thread was timed perfectly--today's episode was all about the conflict "following dharma" Vs "being immersed in his love"...
