As per the ongoing track of Star Plus' Ye Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Akshara (Hina Khan) is undergoing some uneasiness showing symptoms of pregnancy.
The latest we hear is that, in the coming episodes, Akshara will soon get a confirmation of her pregnancy.
