Dharmesh Sir! Not just another popper and locker!

Everyone knows Dharmesh Sir as the popping locking hip hopper from Ahmedabad, Gujarat who took the country by storm with his moves during the last season on Dance India Dance. Despite seeing so much success, he is so down to earth and polite and the hardcore hiphopper has an equally softer, caring side as well!

During the shoot of this Friday's episode of Zee TV's Dance Ke Superstars, another contestant from Dharmesh's team, Amar, confessed a little known secret about Dharmesh genuineness and good nature. He recollected the time when he was struggling in Mumbai after Dance India Dance had ended and he did not have a place to stay and was going through a very hard time. He happened to meet Dharmesh one day after ages and Dharmesh asked him what was wrong…Amar could not help but share his dilemma with him. Amar says that Dharmesh didn't even blink and welcomed Amar into his home and Dharmesh's huge heartedness extends to this day and Amar still lives with him.

Dharmesh Sir, as he is popularly known, hails from Ahmedabad and he conducted dance classes for kids of the locality. Little did he know that in getting his students to the DID platform , he too will be on it and take the country by storm with his moves and simplicity. "Though today I am recognized by everyone on the streets, it does not take a genius to know that in this industry it does not take much to build or break a person. One day you may be up and another you might be down. If I can help someone today, I will…I'm thankful to Zee TV and god for all I've achieved so far," says Dharmesh humbly about the entire incident.

Some bond over coffee, others over movies, but who would have thought that a dance reality show (where contestants are usually pitted against one another) would result in deep friendships that last even long after the show is over?

I think Undisputed had mentioned that they are living together in DID doubles forum but I didn't know the reason. Now that I know, my respect for D-sir which was already sky-high has crossed the skies too :) I always thought sky was the limit but thanks to D-sir, he proved me wrong.

I was looking at one of vaishu performances.. .In that I came across the dance video of Vaishu and Dharmesh dance in semi-classical style. after the dance performance, Sandeep sir came n showered flowers on both...

The most important thing i observed was the purity with which D-sir touched the feet of Sandeep (from 5:00 onwards). Everyone shows respect to elders by touching their feet. But i felt D-sir genuinely does that.... I have observed that many many times..... he is really true @his heart which was clearly seen in DID LM... Hope this gem of a person prosper and achieve everything he desires in life...👏⭐️

BTW, idk if you guys remember but there was this whole period where D-sir used to stay down and unenthusiastic...even the judges kept asking him whats wrong but he didn't say..

Mujhe reason kal hi pata chala 😭😭 can't disclose coz its his personal life but let me just say poor guy had to go through alot so proud of him he never gave up!

Oh ya I rem I think it was when Rutu was being targetted by everyone in those times... whtever the reason it may be.... he came victorious after all... 👏
