In the Karjat hospital, Daksh meets the nurse, and she gives him a prescription to bring the medicines for Naina. He enquires from her as to who had brought her to the hospital, and she tells him that it was the person whose car had hit Naina. He tells the nurse that if he comes again he would like to be told.

Naina has gained consciousness, and finds that she is in a new place and wonders how she has landed there, and then she sees that she has a visitor, with a bouquet of colorful flowers, and as she opens her eyes, they fall on him, and she wants to know who he is. She asks him if he knows her, as he called her Naina. After exchanging a few humorous words, the young man introduces himself as Abhimanyu and tells her she can call him Abhi. After trying to make his introduction, he tries to fathom her, but Naina is too shrewd for him. When he tells her that it was his mistake, that has landed her in the hospital, she gets a faint memory of how she was walking on the middle of the road, engrossed in her family problems. She tells him that it was her fault, that she was walking on the middle of the road, and there is no need for him to apologize. When the nurse comes and asks Naina for her preference in food, Abhimanyu offers to bring the food for her and goes out. Naina remembers that Daksh would be waiting for in the market, and she is trying to get up from the bed, to get to meet Daksh, and tries to phone him, but finds tlhe battery is dead. Abhi wants to know who it is she wants to meet. He makes his guesses, either he is her husband, or her fiance, or boyfriend. He says, if it his her boyfriend, he will disappear now , and She says none, but he is a good friend. Abhi feels relieved. He tells her to rest and he goes to buy food.

At home, Akruti gets calls from Ayush when she is hanging clothes outside on the clothes line, and her mother finds it out, but she thinks these are from a Client, and she goes off after giving the mobile to Akruti and telling her to take care of her Clients. Akruti is not sure of herself, how to handle Ayush. She remembers her ever present father, poking his nose in her affairs, and so far she has been saved from his inquisitive eyes. She wants to avoid Ayush even though she feels drawn to him. When she goes to the Office, he is there, and this time Ayush is more polite and reserved. He asks her why she did not take up his calls. He coaxes her to be free, but does not understand where she is coming from, and she too is unable to tell him, about her strict father, and then he tells her to meet him, if she wants the relationship to continue, and he walks out, but Akruti's voice comes out of her mouth, after he has left. What will she do?

In the meantime, Daksh who was given a prescription by the Nurse, to purchase medicines for Naina, is back with the medicines, and he and Naina exchange meaningful glances, and Daksh tries to come out of his shell, and express himself. One identifies with the dilemma of Daksh, and on one side he feels warm feelings of love for Naina, and on the other he is not as experienced like Abhimanyu in the art of expressing one's affection, but on any day, we feel like giving him the prize. He is very upset, that she had to go through all this, and wonders what would have happened if the accident was serious, and the car had come fast. He wants to take this up with the other guy, but Naina asks him to relax. He carries himself so well that Naina tries to show her friendship and make it easy for him, but still he has his brusque ways, and impromptu temper, which she tries to cool down with her gentle manner and her mysterious smile. He then tells her to have her medicine, but then he remembers that she should eat something before having her medicines, so he tells her that he will go out and get her some soup.

In the meantime, Abhimanyu comes with a tray of food he has bought from the restaurant outside. He passes Daksh on the way in, but does not take notice of him in the hustle and bustle of the hospital, crowd, visitors and nurses. He is only thinking of how to win over this lovely looking Naina, whom he has now put in the hospital. Was it a chance from high above? He enters her room, and places the food next to Naina, and starts eulogizing his choice of Indian and Chinese food, as he did not know what food she liked best. But Naina puts him off, saying her friend also has gone out to bring Soup, and Abhi tells her that is fine, but what he has brought is better. When all this is going on, Abhi remembers that he has not brought a spoon and fork, so again he goes out. Naina says to herself, "A rare person, does not allow any one to talk !"

Then Daksh comes in with the soup, and wants to give it to Naina. These two are personalities from two ends of a pole, one rigid, and the other a loose cannon. When they are settled, Daksh sees the food Abhi has brought and asks why was this brought by that man (since Naina had told him of this earlier), Daksh thinks that this person is trying to get off the hook after the accident, when he is told, that the gentleman was the same one who was driving the car which hit her and who did his responsibility in taking her to the hospital..

When Abhimanyu comes with spoons and forks, they face each other and Daksh takes an instant dislike for him, (is he afraid, that he has a challenger?) and he comes close to Abhimanyu and looks intently at his face, but as they see each other, something is going on in their minds, and words are not able to express, as if these are stuck in their throats. It looks that some where in the past, they have met each other, but where and when?

The precap shows Kaka telling his wife that they have to go to a friend's place and inform Akruti about it.
